Quick, user friendly. I loved the option at the end to be able to rent a car. We were not going to rent when I started the booking process, but due to discussion through the procurement of the airline tickets, we decided to rent a car and I was relieved I didn't have to go back in and start the process over for the car rental after buying the plane tickets, because the option to add to my order was there. I thought that was Excellent!

The last lady that helped me book the flight from STT to ATL was awesome! She gave the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. She helped solve my travel issues and took care my needs. Especially, gratifying for me after getting nowhere with another rep and reps from the airlines. Kudos to her and thank for her understanding, grace, and compassion as well!

Easy to book online through Holiday Autos. Nice car, convenient in-terminal desk and return parking lot close to the terminal. Only disappointment was that there was onlt one rep serving customers and the customer in front of us had a problem and took ages which meant we had a long time to wait. There were 2 other reps in the cabin but they did paperwork and ignored customers. If it wasn't for that I would have given 5 stars.

From the start, Cerveza demonstrated her excellent customer service skills and genuine desire to help me set up my future flight to and from the Philippines. At every turn, she advised and helped me choose the best options for my travel. She did it all while being genuinely transparent and a real person. It a great experience. Wish that all transactions everywhere were this pleasant. She is an asset to you ASAP Tickets.

They picked us up from the airport, carried our suitcases, gave us a clean car, informed us about the necessary information, and told us to contact them if we had any problems.I didn't have any problems while delivering the car, they dropped us back to the airport. Deposit money returned within 2 weeks. I am very satisfied with the service. I recommend it to everyone.

Apart from two small points of improvement, everything else was very good. The shuttle to and from the pick up point runs every half hour. The pick up/return personnel was efficient and nice. The car above expectations and clean. Contract conditions clearly stated and respected.
To improve: they do not answer to the telephone number they report on the voucher (that replied to an email inquiry after a couple of days) and they do not tell you that you do not have to pay for the shuttle transfer.

I've now gotten two different tickets from ASAP both within 3 days of my departure. They literally saved me hundreds of dollars! I use to use Expedia, not anymore! I really enjoy talking to ASAP representatives while making my travel plans, they make sure there are no mistakes with your travel arrangements and work diligently to help you out. I was skeptical using them before, but I will never use anyone else again! Pack your bags and have a great flight like my granddaughter & I did!
