Avoid.
CD keys was recommended to me by a close friend who had 3 previous transactions that went without any problems. Well different story for me. I placed a order for a 7$ game, immediately I received a email saying my order has been placed on hold which I understand but I received another email saying they want me to send a picture of my payment card placed on a piece of paper with the date and time written on it, the last digits of my card showing, expiry date and name. Well the card I use doesn't display my name. After a while they send me a email back saying that my name isn't on the card and they need a picture of a VALID ID with my name showing, expiry date and picture. Either a drivers license, passport or national ID... I've been online shopping for years. Never and I repeat NEVER, has a website put a 7$ TRANSACTION ON HOLD AND NEEDS ME TO SEND A PICTURE OF A DRIVERS LICENCE. After going back and forth with what they call customer service. I canceled my order immediately and demanded a refund. I suggest you avoid this pathetic excuse of a company. CDKEYS has lost not only a sale but a customer for life. I understand trying to make sure that the card isn't hacked but for a SINGLE $7 purchase? F*ckin Seriously? I don't usually leave reviews but this was the worst experience I've ever had with ANY COMPANY. Please do everyone a favour and close up shop. F*CKIN USELESS

This company has sold me CD keys that were already in use multiple times. In the most recent, I made the mistake of ordering a key, key was invalid. I contacted customer support and opened a paypal claim. For whatever reason paypal closed the claim even though the seller did not respond. I had to call paypal, total time over 2 hours attempting to get refunded. I don't care how much money you could potentially save, AVOID THE HEADACHE!

If you buy with cdkeys, you are taking a dangerous gamble!

I purchased 2 codes for Xbox One, and both were invalid! (I saved photos, and screenshots to prove this, and sent them along with my support request)

So far I have completed six! Support requests, two paypal claims, and still have had no refund or contact with cdkeys. I even tried to contact them via facebook, I was ignored for many days, then got and unsympathetic, unhelpful and rude message from their team - and yes it was the 'official' cdkeys facebook account!

If you buy with cdkeys, you are taking a dangerous gamble, because if you ever have a problem, they will ignore you and treat you with a high level of disrespect.

17 days after I tried to contact them for help, I am still without refund or communication, my paypal claims for 'more information from seller' have been ignored.

When a customer posts a negative review on trustpilot, cdkeys employ many fake positive reviews to flood the page until the negative comment is not visible!... and because they are a 'paid ' business account, they are allowed to do this unchecked! At least sitejabber genuinely reflects the real experiences of actual customers.

Cdkeys is one seriously disgusting company to deal with.

100% poor customer service.

I purchased a Xbox live gold 12 month member ship code not realizing until I attempted to redeem that it was for the wrong region (not EU/UK).

In total I have received 2 emails from them, one automated confirming they will respond to me in due course and then a second generic email a day later.

In total I have sent 4-5 emails requesting a full refund under the distance regulations act and they just choose t ignore.

Im fortunate that I paid using my credit card so i've decided to go through the credit card dispute route.

Disgusting service by cdkeys and I will never use them again and would not recommended using them so beware.

I bought a Fifa 20 CD PC key from CDkeys.com in October and i hadn't redeemed the code on Origin until attempting in February for the key itself to be invalid. I paid £47.99 even after sending over 5 emails for some support from CD keys i got a reply twice with the same automated email telling me stuff like check with xbox and a key linked with my account blah blah which goes to show whoever looked at my emails is stupid. Terrible customer service currently looking into taking legal action. I imagine some people have no issues with CDkeys.com my experience was absolutely terrible and after i attempt to get at least what i paid for I will never use and will tell a lot of people i know to never use it.

The First time i used cdkeys everything worked alright, the made me use skrill and it worked i got whatever i was buying.(This was in 2016)

In 2017 when i was buying a psn code, They took my money but then decide to review it before they even release my download, I then get told i need to send in my bank card picture with the date and time written on a piece of paper! This is completely bizarre. - never before have any reputable company asked for this kind of information. I do that.(Should have known better)
A few months later skrill stops working on their site and i am now forced to use paypal(Ok),
In 2018 when i was buying a code from their site using paypal, after checking out i got this message: "Your payment was declined by the payment processor" but they took my money from my card but i NEVER got the code, 2 weeks the same amount is deducted from my card for the same purchase, i was smart enough and i called my bank and alerted them of this situation and they cancelled my card and i filled a form which they would use to get the money back for me, the process took like 3 weeks and i got my money back

After that i got a new card(Debit card)

From this point i set paypal to use "paypal balance" as the first choice of payment t, then my card
2 months later i tied to buy a code from cdkeys once again(just a test) and this is the message i get: "Your payment was declined by the payment processor".

So the story is: this site will use your personal information to steal money from your acount(if you use a debit card), NEVER give your personal info to sites that ask you to send a photo of your id / passport and written paperof text of their site
