The website isn't spectacular, but it's quite easy to use. Even on mobile it's not too hard to click buttons and I never had to zoom too much.

Hello Mark. I apologize but we only carry the Dry Care products at our warehouse in Philadelphia so that's why they were shipped separately. We do mention this on the packing slips in case 1 package arrives sooner than the other. - Alex & Heather
