I recently ordered some of the living proof products which were supposed to come with a 30 day money back guarantee. For almost 2 weeks i sent several emails which went unanswered and tried to call their contact number but all of their mailboxes were full. After exhausting every option to contact their customer service i finally called my credit card company and report the charge as fraudulent.
I would not recommend ordering from living proof! The product was not what was expected and their customer service is horrible to say the least!

NOTHING WRONG WITH THE PRODUCTS, THE PROBLEM IS I BOUGHT 188 BUCKS WORTH AND THEY ARRIVED WITH THE TOPS OFF IN THE BOX, NO PLASTIC ON THE LIDS NO NOTHING, ALL SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER AND PERFECTOR WERE POURED ALL OVER THE BOX, NOT DONE BY UPS CAUSE THE BOX WAS FINE, IT WAS DONE BY LIVING PROOF WHO SHIPPED IT... THEY ARE REFUSING ME A REFUND AND THATS A LOT OF MONEY IN THIS DAY AND TIME... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SIMPLY GREEDY AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME, A SENIOR CITIZEN BY TRYING TO TELL ME I BOUGHT NOTHING THAT COULD HAVE LEAKED? WTF! CALLING MY ATTORNEY AND HAVE CONTACTED BBB... STAY AWAY FOLKS FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL, JUST WANT MONEY EVEN WHEN THEY IN NO WAY DESERVE TO KEEP IT..

My order from Living Proof was not delivered.The company wanted me to rate the products and I explained I couldn't because I hadn't received them. I asked them to resend products or issue refund. They blamed UPS and no one from Living Proof contacted me. I have not received my refund of $52.64. It feels like a fly-by-night outfit with no real offices or humans. They don't even deserve one star.

There was an item missing from my last order. Tried calling Customer Service, but there was no answer and the mailbox was too full to accept new messages. Sent an email days ago and haven't hear back. Not expecting a response.

As a user of Living Proof's dry shampoo and leave-in conditioner, I can honestly say I love their products. The dry shampoo also gives your hair a bit of volume (you can choose a more or less setting to choose smaller or larger volume) and leaves my hair looking great. I love the leave-in conditioner because my hair tends towards the dry side and this conditioner easily smooths out the dryness and smooths my hair as well when combed through towel dry hair.
