Please note that there are various services with different costs, sending chat messages costs 2 credits per minute, however, you are able to send plenty of messages within each minute to convey your thoughts to other users without limitations, thus you are not being charged for each particular message. If you do not find this specific feature suitable for you, it is possible to continue communication in the mail section as an alternative, thus you can compose large letters to communicate with your friends without spending credits per minute. It is true that you need to have enough credits to use some of the services, however, you only pay for the services you are provided with. You get to choose the services that are of your interest and control your spendings on those.
All the users including the content makers have their own purpose to use our website, hence the experience of each particular user is unique, as well as their results from using the platform.
You are not being charged for receiving or reading chat messages, for example, you may send all the messages you wish within each minute, then you may wait for a response without sending more messages and continue communication once you receive a reply. We carefully approve all the content makers to be registered on our website. Our content makers’ identities are not confirmed unless we verify their ID and background. Our affiliate partners make sure that there are no bogus profiles, that the content maker you look at in the profile pictures is the person you are corresponding with (such content makers marked with a check mark next to their name).
Also, we make sure as much as we are able to that the content maker is interested in communication with other users of the platform. We require seeing photo IDs of all our content makers. In case a content maker gives rise to our suspicion, we may take additional steps to verify the profile, such as asking him/her to record an identification video for us. This, of course, makes it much harder for unscrupulous people to create fake accounts.
