We carefully approve all the content makers to be registered on our website. Our content makers’ identities are not confirmed unless we verify their ID and background. Our affiliate partners make sure that there are no bogus profiles, that the content maker you look at in the profile pictures is the person you are corresponding with (such content makers marked with a check mark next to their name).
Also, we make sure as much as we are able to that the content maker is interested in communication with other users of the platform. We require seeing photo IDs of all our content makers. In case a content maker gives rise to our suspicion, we may take additional steps to verify the profile, such as asking him/her to record an identification video for us. This, of course, makes it much harder for unscrupulous people to create fake accounts.
From our side, we review each complaint individually and do our best to resolve the problem in a satisfactory way. Also, we do not tolerate the scam or deception.
