I bought some DIY tools from Littleplayland and the items were exactly as described in the site. The tools are in durable and strong. The site has a lot to offer from home products to personal stuff. Shipping is quite delayed though but I'd still go for the quality they're selling.

Littleplayland has gone above and beyond when it comes to my experience.
I had 2 issues with 2 orders that were updated too late (5 days later) which meant that the presents that I got for my friends and their families across the US would be delivered at the end of Dec, or even beginning of January.
I was disappointed, upset and generally annoyed at the service.
Then I decided to contact their customer support to share my frustration.
Long story short, all thanks to Rochel, the presents I got for my friends will be delivered BEFORE Christmas.
I will continue using Littleplayland for as long as I live because they are disrupting the industry when it comes to customer service.
Littleplayland is almost like food/water. It's a necessity. I get EVERYTHING from here. Groceries, things for the home, gifts... you name it... it comes to my place on time... no problem. When I do call customer service, they are polite and very helpful. Love them!

The best online retailer, not usually with prices as you can find it cheaper elsewhere. However when things go wrong and if you want a replacement product they send it out to you before receiving the product that you've sent. Really reliable service.

Why shop anywhere else? Famous brands, best prices and delivery to your door. So easy for the working parent, the retired couple and for playful children. Bring it on... all shopping should be made this way. Great marketplace.
I know my story is not unique as I've read so many other reviews that describe almost the exact same experience that I have had which leads me to believe that this is just their MO and a lot of people fall for it.
I ordered my product on May 8,2018. On May 17th I received a "tracking number" to nowhere. All it indicated was "China Post".
I emailed the company and asked why it took over a week to process the order and why wasn't it indicated it would come on a slow train from China? They responded with this was "such a popular product". There were many communications during this time.
On June 6,2018 I demanded a refund (it had been a month since I ordered and I still had the tracking number to nowhere)
On June 7,2018 I received another email re: shipment. It was the exact same tracking number but this time it said "received" at facility in China (which only means they completed paperwork for the transit (not that the actual package had been received)
It's now been 68 days since I ordered and despite the 2nd (same) tracking number provided on June 7th. The "status" has not changed
I've reached out to the merchant on a multitude of occasions and they refuse to refund my money and simply say "it's in transit"...(I don't know what beauty items takes 68 days to ship from anywhere)
They ever told one review site that I hadn't done any business with them after I wrote a factual review on a website review page. The company asked me to "prove" I had done business and I sent them all of the correspondence I had. Needless to say they confirmed my review was accurate.
These people need to be put out of business! This type of aggravation is just unnecessary in today's age. Fraudulent businesses can not continue.
I enjoy online shopping. Products are great and can be availed in reasonable prices. Littleplayland is one of the cool online shopping sites I have bought products to. They sell cool products I just hope the duration for delivery will have lesser days to wait. But overall rate was good service.
STILL WAITING AFTER 60 DAYS! I order on May 6th and still have not received my order 2 months later. What I have received is a lot of BS like this "Thank you for sending in your concern. Your item has been processed through our facility and is currently in transit. Here is your Tracking Number:. You may use usps.com tracking page to give you a more detailed information as to where your package is.
Since this is one of our best seller, shipping period may take longer than our regular 15-20 days; shipping period for this item may take 20-25 days due to high volume of orders." WHAT A CROCK! THE SHIPPING PERIOD FAR EXCEEDS 20-25 DAYS. IT'S BE 60 DAYS.
The product is cheap! This is what attracts me. They were fast in processing my order so I got it way before expected delivery date. The quality is great. Good job.
