On November 22,2020, I ordered the car net. They immediately took out the money from my account but no notice of shipping was sent. By December 12, I needed to have this gift or purchase another one. I contacted them to cancel it and was told that it was processing and couldn't be cancelled. It was 20 days after I was charged! Very poor service. I received it in my mailbox sometime after December 22, when I left for Christmas vacation. At this point I had to replace that item for a different gift for that family member. After returning home, the package was in my mailbox. I know that the post office doesn't take over 30 days to get a little package delivered so I do not believe that it had even been send by December 12. I contacted the company and was told that I couldn't have a refund because they don't do any returns if they are not defective. Their service is defective. Not to mention that this net is so OVER PRICED and FLIMSY that it will never handle a heavy purse as their ad shows.
Ordered from Big Trade and Little Playland texted that my order was on its way and I could track my order through the Shop app. I emailed Big Trade and that returned to me email not active.The only thing Shop app shows is what I ordered and nothing else, and there's no way to speak to anyone. This is not good customer service.
I ordered an item for my grandson's Christmas in October. 12:7/20 I emailed to see when it would be delivered. They emailed me back and said it was sent out 11/6/20 and gave me a tracking number. I was never notified it was being sent out nor did I receive the item. The response I got was sorry check with your neighbors. I don't have neighbors and have had the address since 1992. I have ordered from many companies for business and personal and never had this happen. I guess they send out merchandise without insurance or notification. Just take the money and stick it to the customer. I have filed a complaint with the ups but I am sure that's a dead end. Out over $50.00
If there are good reviews posted here, they must be false. This company seems garbage and their customer support is non-existent. Took months to receive broken garbage; yet you get a minimal amount of time too request a replacement or refund. Shameful thieves!
I only give them one star but if I could I wouldn't give any. The advertised their products as a large spray of cleaner costing £17.89 that was so good it cleaned burnt pans,. What I got was 30mils of soapy water. SCAMMERS don't touch them. I demanded my money back, but no chance.
Bra's were too small& I wanted to return them. They said they wouldn't except returns, so after several emails with PayPal I was told to return for a full refund. Hahahaha, what a joke, they received the returns but said they were not refunding me. CON. Worst company I have ever bought from. Well, you learn from your mistakes.

LITTLE PLAYLAND. I bought a JAYSUING INVISIBLE WATERPROOF AGENT sealant based on a deceptive photo of them. Paid $ 11.95 plus $ 5.99 shipping. I got a 30ml bottle, nail polish size. Going to Amazon I found the same product for around 3 Euros. I asked for a refund for misleading advertising, on several occasions, but LITTLE PLAYLAND has always refused any refund or integration. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I waited over a month for a set of strapless bra... they are awful, nothing like the pictures I wasted my $31 US on that Stay away.
I paid $17 for what I thought was going to be a new and improved banana clip. I got two 2 inch hair combs connected by a rubber band. Total scam!

If you see this name (https://www.little-playland.com/) on any product run, don't walk, run like you're about to be RIPPED OFF!
They promote that this product dries wet hair, when wrapped in the hair towel. This product does not do this at all. Hair is still completely wet, when wrapped in the towel for the recommended amount of time, or even longer. It is a cheap, poorly made towel, that does not do what it is advertised to do. DO NOT buy this product, and DO NOT buy from this company. They are lying thieves, praying on innocent people to believe their false advertising. If this product is poor, over priced, bad quality and does not work, that means everything else that they sell, must be too. To make it worse, after contacting them to complain, and request a refund, they did absolutely nothing to help me, and did not apologise for selling a product under false pretences. Be warned, stay away. I have also reported them to the relevant authorities, for false advertising.
This kit is maybe worth $1. But at least I got it. They sell junk. Sssshhhhhiiiiityyyy stuffff. BBByyyyeee.

Absolute fraud - do not go near this company. I purchased an item a month ago and still no information or response from this fake seller and not sure if I can recover the damage.
It took almost two months for my order to arrived. When it finally arrived, the item is not as advertise. Its tiny and it says free sample and I paid almost $16 for it. Similar item in Ebay, sells for $. 99 plus free shipping. Their customer service sucks.
I've used Little Playland for a while and never had any issues, anything broken or not working has always been replaced sometimes before I've even returned the broken part. Delivery service has always been very quick, if any issues have occurred I've had fast delivery for the product again and been given a discount or refund for the inconvenience even if not caused by them but the delivery company.
No issues with ordering from Littleplayland.

I think the working condition could be better. But when it comes to customer support, Little Playland makes a big difference. A really good customer service!
Can definitely find goodies on the site. If you're looking for something like that give it a shot. Wasn't disappointed with the purchases so far myself.
