I made the mistake of ordering a PeekaBear from this company! I received a pop up ad for this bear on my cell phone, and being a new Grandmother, I fell in love with this bear, and ordered it as a gift for my new Grandson. FIRST MISTAKE - I did not realize that this item was coming from Hong Kong. I paid for express shipping on 9/30/17 (which meant I would get the item in 4 - 5 days, as it stated on my order). Well, after 10 days go by, I look for a phone number to call, and that's when I noticed that there is no phone number to call, just a customer support email. That's when I realized I was in for a HUGE disappointment. So, after emailing customer support, to get a tracking number for my order, a day or two later, I get a response saying that due to the large volume of items that they sell, it will take a few days to get back to me. After 3 days I email them again, and finally someone admitted that I should have received my order by now, and said it will take a few more days to research, and find out where my package is. Of course 3 days later, I email them again, and they gave me a tracking number that is not valid, so I emailed them again. Now I am telling them that I want my order cancelled, and refund my order, including the express shipping charges. Every few days they just keep responding saying that they are still researching my order, and they will get back to me. At this point I told them that they are a fraudulent company, and I will report them to my bank. And, of course, they are still emailing me that they are researching my package. Today, I am given another tracking number that is affiliated with the usps.com. I put the tracking number in usps.com, and of course it was an invalid tracking number, and they said my order shipped today. Now, I went bat-$#*! crazy on them and typed in all caps, and let every swear imaginable be typed on the email. I will never see this item ( and after reading reviews it will break on me in 2 days, and never get a refund). I pride myself on always reading reviews before I make a purchase, but I was in a weak moment, being a new grandmother, and seeing this company on my phone, and I made an impulse buy. I am so pissed off at not only them, but myself for not being more educated before I made this purchase. The sad part is, I found out Bed Bath & Beyond sells the same bear. UGH! DO NO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, IF YOU EXPECT TO RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT WORKS, AND DO NOT NEED A REFUND. Never buy anything that does not have a phone number for customer support, and does not give an address of where they are located, and ALWAYS READ REVIEWS FIRST!
