Awful, sold me something different to what they advertised then made me measure it for some bizarre reason and send pictures with a tape measure then no refund and now they are ignoring me. Avoid!

I ordered some garden bags that were never received. This company keeps telling me I got them since the US post office says it delivered, and I keep telling them it was not delivered here. As if the post office never makes mistakes! No refund since they show delivered, regardless of my claims. Any other professional business would apologize and refund, but this company doesn't care or offer a replacement. Don't buy from this company!

This is how my sunglasses just arrived... after a month! Should have known better! Gave 1 star because there was no was to leave 0!

I tried to get a refund from Paypal but in all my correspondence to the company, they refused to answer the simplest question regarding the actual translation of what the items where. All products are written in Chinese and I just simply asked what item was what and I got a run around until they would only agree to send me any sort of refund if i sent the items back and paying for postage back to China. So i now either have to either pay more money to send everything back which would cost half the price of what the refund would be, OR keep the item and never know what they actually are or how they work! Disgusted!

I bought some "bras" from one of LPL many shell companies and got one two sizes too small. They also double charged me. When I contacted the company they refused to do anything. Clearly I'm not the only one. They are an absolute scam and a Facebook group has formed to fight back.

I tried to order some heatless hair curling wraps from this company but when I saw that they were way cheaper at Amazon I decided not to process the payment with my papal account 5 minutes later I received an email stating that I had purchased and process the order WHICH I NEVER AUTHORIZED OR PROCESSED ANYTHING THEY JUST WENT AHEAD AND PROCESSED IT WITHOUT MY APPROVAL DO NOT KNOW HOW THAT IS POSSIBLE. I tried canceling the order with Paypal and they could not do anything I tried emailing littleplayland and they totally ignored my email. After trying to get my money back and being unsuccessful I decided just to wait for the items but guess what I never received anything! They took my money without my permission and to top it off they never sent me the product... please BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY IT IS A FRAUD!

I ordered 2 lock mitre router bits on feb 19,2021. Paid in full. Advertised was "fast shipping". I needed it for a project. After 4 weeks I ordered the same thing off Amazon for less money and got it in 2 days. I eventually received a tracking notice for shipping from Playland which showed the order wasn't placed for 6 weeks and then mailed from China. June 3,2021 and still haven't received it. When contacted little play land said they Couldn't refund the money as the item had been shipped. 1 star is generous. That was $50 wasted. Not recommended.

Was not happy at all, the product didnt do what It said and It came from Cal. But wanted to hong Kong for refund. Will never buy from them again.

We got tubes of polish so tiny I could probably polish one fork. And they added a "tip" to our charge! Customer service no help. Filing a claim with paypal.

Took forever to get the product and it was junk. Buyer beware-not as advertised AT ALL! And had the nerve to give themselves a "tip" on top of the shipping price. Absolute JUNK!

BUYER BEWARE... YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. If I could give a negative 10 star review I would. I was shipped items completely different from what I ordered and paid for. I ordered hair cream and they sent me NASTY SMELLING PERFUME BODY OIL. Their "customer service" department requested pictures of what i ordered and what I received. After they reviewed the photos they replied stating I received what l ordered and that they would do nothing further. These are very OBVIOUSLY NOT THE SAME ITEMS. SCAM!

I never authorized the purchase and they took my money anyway. PayPal closed the case and was in my favor however me and PayPal still can't get my money back or any response from little Playland. I don't have my money back or the workout pants. I'm beyond po.

On March 10,2021 I placed on order for 3 jar openers that had fabulous reviews. It is now April 17,2021 and all I have to show is a charge on my credit card for $73.63 for an order that was supposed to come to $44.91. No product has yet arrived. I have emailed the company but received no response. Save your money, they practice unethical business practices. Will I receive my order? Who knows!

Purchased this item from this company which cost me over 15 dlloars and when I looked at the tiny packet I honestly thought it was a mistake but having checked other reviews I soon realised that I have been done. I say this because the advert is misleading as it doesn't give you clear information about the product and looks like this company thrives on buyers who don't check thoroughly so all I will say to anyone who wants to purchase from this company to check properly before making a purchase. My overall experience with this company has been very disappointing so for the purchase I made I Could buy a sachet like this for no more then 50 pence and won't ever buy anything from this company. I say once bitten Twice smitten.

Absolute scammers, product nothing like advertised - luckily I paid with paypal...
My advice - save your money and spend it locally, it will be a much more satisfying experience... the website is blocked as a scam and they dont communicate UNTIL you lodge paypal dispute...

Beware if you buy anything from this site this cost 15 dollars and 5 weeks I can get a large can for a pound at any grocers no bigger than a satchet
