Bad business
April 23, 2020

I ordered shoes over a month ago, they were supposed to be buy one get one free. However I still have not received a tracking number or anything. I've contacted them and they just keep apologizing saying my order is sure to be on its way. I asked for a refund and of course I'm not going to get that but trust me I will never ever purchased anything from these people

Do NOT waste your money!

My order was shipped to a completely different state. I have emailed them and reached out via Facebook and get the standard "we'll check into this matter" response. It's going on 6 months now and still no response or refund. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau

SCAM ROYALE
July 9, 2020

Do NOT give these people your business. Total scam. I ordered "free" baby moccasins from them (pay 10.00 shipping fee only) in early March, it is now July 9th and I've received nothing but useless correspondence with "katherine" who keeps stringing me along. My item has been in China since march. Hasn't moved.
I know it's only 10 bucks, but it's incredibly annoying and dishonest. Stay away!

I placed an order over 60 days ago. I had emailed customer support for an order status and they sent a poorly written, automated email about it taking up to 60 days to deliver products because of the pandemic and I need to exercise patience, and that I should not worry that the tracking was not showing any movement "because sometimes people hold things for safety measures"? They advertised free baby shoes and a hat, all I had to pay was $10.55 in s+h. They took my money and never shipped a thing. I reported them to BBB as well, but it looks like this is a common problem and they are still operating online. 100% international scammers.

Scam company
May 12, 2020

Saw an ad for this company on Facebook. Placed an order back early March 2020. Today is May12 and still have not received product. Sent an email back in April and got a reply my order was shipping out from China and on it's way to a facility here and I've yet to still receive my items let alone any personal updates from the company on updates/apologies for delays.
Will never order from them again. Highly advise others take note and save their money for honest reputable companies.

Items never received

I order 4 items back in January, we are now in March and I have not received anything from this company. I emailed twice already inquiring about the items as I got an email stating items were on the way back in January. I never got a response. Will NEVER order from here. If it sounds to good to be true probably is!

False advertising

I ordered 3 items on a promotion to pay the shipping only which was only $15... however, I never received the items... when I emailed to inquire they replied with a standard response on how to track the order... when I emailed them to say the Canada Post had no order and asked it they would re send or credit me... they did not reply - even after a few tries...

I ordered outfits for my grandchild 1st easter. Now 5 weeks later they tell me it can take up to 2 mths. My child will have outgrown them. I asked to cancel and they refused stating I have to wait for the items to arrive THEN send back for refund. Their refund policy is only 60 DAYS

I ordered some baby shoes April 27th it is now June 1st and still havent received them. Wrote to them once and they told me they were getting ready to ship. They never update or give u a tracking number. I am so dissatisfied with this company i will never order from them again. I have ordered other items from other places way after this and have already received my product. There is no reason they should take this long! Take care of your customers or lose them As you have done me! Grrrrr!

I ordered a 2 "free" pairs of shoes from Little Natural. They sent me the wrong sizes, so I tried to reach out to the company directly 3 different times, but there was no responses to any of my inquiries or emails. I ended up escalating the issue to PayPal (thankfully I paid through them), and it is now being reviewed and I'm requesting a refund for the shipping charges I paid. Do NOT purchase from Little Natural - their site claims they respond within 24 hours, but they DO NOT. So if you ever have any issues with your order, you won't be hearing back from them at all; even though I'm still receiving their marketing emails for "free" items.

The company is a scam

I saw an ad on facebook i think of the company, and they had a promotion going on, where you would get a pair of baby shoes if you paid shipping only. I paid for shipping $10.50, but never received the item. Contacted them and noone ever responded. I had to make an appeal to PayPal, who made them send me part of the order. Took over a month and the shoes are not that "natural" either. Chinese product, and shipping is from China, no customer service. Don't pay anything this place.

This is one of those ridiculous companies with products coming from China that just keep stringing you along in emails, saying the shipping is taking longer & they are sorry. If I actually RECEIVE my order, I will be amazed! But I am sure the only way I will even have a chance of getting ANY of the 3 items on my order will be by me continuing to write scathing emails to them, letting them know how scammed I feel! DON'T EVER GET INVOLVED WITH LITTLE NATURAL!

They won't let you cancel once you order but they fail to mention the shipping estimation of 1-3 weeks is soooo inaccurate. It's been a month and my shipment hasn't even been DELIVERED to a shipping facility. When asked about this they basically said since they bought postage it counts as "shipped" and that even though it'll exceed the estimated shipping it doesn't matter so they won't issue a refund or anything DESPITE IT STILL BEING AT THEIR FACILITY. So now I had to order backup because I most likely won't see it for another two months

Horrible customer service

I ordered from this company and accidentally ordered 2 of the same color
Items. It took them days to get back with me and by that time they had already shipped my items and told me there's nothing they can do! Now I've messaged them several times to see how we can handle this and they keep reading my messages and not replying! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I ordered four products three of which I received the last product I never received. When I attempted to email and send messages via messenger to little natural company I never received any response. Therefore because of the type of shipping and lack of response I am left to assume that I am just out of what I paid for a product I never received.
