I PLACED AN ORDER ON MAY 3.2020 AND STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY ORDER. EMAILED THE COMPANY AND TOLD THEM I WANTED MY MONEY BACK AND WAS TOLD MY ORDER SHIPPED AND COULDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK. EMAILED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL JULY 3,2020 TO GET MY MONEY BACK. WELL IT IS JULY 6,2020 AND SYILL NO ORDER, NO MONEY. GOT AN EMAIL YESTERDAY SAYING THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT. I DON'T THINK I WILL GET MY ORDER OR MY MONEY BACK. LUCKY FOR ME IT WASN'T ALOT. PLEASE WHOEVER TEADS THIS DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I HAD TO RATE THIS COMPANY TO BE ABLE TO SUBMIT. THEY COMPANY DOESN'T DESERVE A RATING!

I will begin with saying that there's nothing particularly "wrong" with this brand, only that I think they're cheap money grabbers. With "Natural" in their name, and using phrases like "vegan leather" in their descriptions, you get the impression that they're using safe, quality materials, crafted by a passionate independent business... yet I ended up with a product made of cheap, synthetic material shipped to me in nothing but a plastic bag from China.

The shoes are cute and stylish, but poorly designed and I doubt they'll hold up well at all. There's no slip-proofing on the bottom of the shoe that I ordered (Nubucks)... it's slippery synthetic-suede all around, which makes me nervous to have an uncoordinated toddler to run around in. They smell a bit odd as well. Their quality is comparable to $5 shoes at Walmart, yet are valued at $14 + shipping! I got them during a promotional "free" sale, yet I still spent $7 on shipping... I seriously doubt it costs that much to ship a 3 oz item, but I'm only basing that on a plethora of other order experiences from China. If $7 was a flat rate, I would understand... but shipping stacks PER item. That'd be $14 shipping for 2 items weighing no more than 8 oz combined. Baby clothes are incredibly light weight and therefore dirt cheap to ship, so they're clearly making bank on the shipping charges... that just seems like a cheap marketing practice.

Again, this company isn't "bad"... they deliver what they say they will, even if they may make some misleading claims/implications. I wanted to be supportive of an independent company, but they've got to be competitve in one way or another (either in quality or price) otherwise I may as well take my business to Amazon or Walmart where my expectations are accurate because their prices match their quality.
