Litfad.co

Litfad sells unsafe electrical items which I recommend avoiding at all costs. The products are not up to standard and pose a real threat if used. Please go and read other reviews about this company. I myself fell victim to their fraudulent website, upon receiving my item months it was clear that the item was unsafe. It looked like it was put together in someone's backyard wouldn't dare try and use it.

The customer service and I use that term extremely loosely is appalling, they refuse to give full refunds for the dangerous goods opting instead to give 5% back once you ship the item back to them. They pass themselves off as a credible company with a well-put-together website, Youtube channel, etc but are in fact a scam company located in China. AVOID.

I ordered a couple of lights from Litfad. After waiting just over 3 weeks I checked the package tracking site to see where they were. To my surprise it had been 'returned to sender' - no message from Litfad, no idea why. I emailed Litfad to find out when it would be re-delivered - they say it will take around 20 days. I pointed out that it is normal practice, if undelivered, to store the package locally and advise the customer where he can collect it from. But I think that suggestion has fallen on deaf ears.

I hope that if you are considering ordering from Litfad that you read a review first! You only need to read one because they are all saying the same thing: that Litfad is garbage and to never order from them! I ordered a world map from them... it was so badly pixelated that it could not be read and they left off Japan and the western part of the United States. I asked for a refund and they said no.
