I have gone through the 12 week breakthrough coaching program and Master Class. It is amazing how wonderfully guided to rewrite old childhood negative programming the 12 week program is. There were so many wonderful things about my childhood abuse had drowned out that I was finally able to remember. The Master Class is a great program guiding you to fulfill things in your life that you truly desire. I highly recommend these programs.

I wrote this review. They ignored my emails. They did send me one but acted clueless. I did reach out about the live stream and no one responded. If you ask for help no one contacts you.
The response in this review seems to be Lisa but is just a rep. They told me there is a live Q and A and that I must be 'stupid' as I couldn't find it. Lisa has some great books, videos, and podcasts.

I purchased two products one as a promotion I checked out as I was considering if I wanted to take the 12-week course. This was how to love yourself.

Then I found a membership program and signed up for that and asked for a refund as the original program I purchased was in the membership.

There is a program for warriors and it has podcasts with good content but I noticed after each one she would say visit my site.

I was on the site. So I searched the internet and sure enough for free was the very podcast I just listened to!

I paid $279 for the membership and $100 they did refund me after this review.

However, I read another review saying the same thing the content for the 12 week program is available on You Tube or a podcast.

Then post the same content you just paid for on YouTube and

I paid $279.

Don't do it don't let someone profit from your emotions just buy her book.

Everything she speaks of is in other books. For Instance how to heal your enter child and Melody Beatty.

It is repetitive.

The last live Q and A was in 2021

All the info on the warrior is available for free via YouTube or podcast.

Likely the same with the 12-week program.

I think she comes from a good place but it is like buying a book and then the publisher turns around and gives the entire world the same book away for free to the world.

In 2020, I invested a significant amount of money in this program, coming from a third-world country. After giving it a fair chance by participating three times in the first year, twice in the second year, and once in the third year, as advised by Lisa A Romano, I can confidently say that I deeply regret my decision, time, and financial investment in this program.

Key Issues that Caught My Attention:

Parent Bashing: The approach to addressing parental issues lacked professionalism and sensitivity. While addressing concerns about a narcissistic parent is valid, the program's focus on non-narcissistic parents seemed unjust and harmful. This approach has led participants to isolate their non-narcissistic parents, which is deeply concerning. A program dealing with such sensitive topics should prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Generic and Repetitive Content: I have serious doubts about Lisa's credentials and qualifications, as most of the content seemed recycled from her other videos or easily found on the internet. The use of inappropriate or harmful content undermines the program's credibility and effectiveness. Participants rely on the program for accurate information and guidance, so it's crucial to ensure the content is well-researched and ethical.

Unprofessional Behavior During Live Streams: Maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor during live streams is essential. I witnessed instances where Lisa spoke disparagingly about clients, which is highly unprofessional and undermines trust in the program. Participants should be treated with respect and discussions should focus on constructive support and guidance.

Poor Audio Quality of Meditations: The recorded meditations included distracting background noises, which disrupted the calming and relaxing experience intended for participants. Given the financial investment in the program, it is reasonable to expect professionally produced recordings in a quiet and controlled environment to provide a seamless and immersive experience.

Lack of Honesty and Transparency: The program's promises of extensive support and bonding opportunities among participants seemed exaggerated. Making false promises or exaggerated claims can lead to unrealistic expectations and undermine the trust and credibility of the program. Clear communication about the program's limitations and potential challenges is crucial for managing expectations and ensuring participants make informed decisions.

Inadequate Decision Timeframe: The two-week timeframe given to decide if the program is suitable is insufficient. Participants may feel lured or pressured to continue, only to realize it's too late to make an informed decision.

Overall, my experience with this program has left me deeply disappointed and regretful. I hope this review provides valuable insight for others considering this program.

I'm a qualified therapist from the UK and I often recommend Lisa's YouTube channel and writings. She is very knowledgeable about narcissistic abuse, an area that not all therapists are trained in or aware of. Lisa's videos are educational and often victims of narcissistic abuse need education alongside a therapeutic relationship in order to heal. I highly recommend Lisa and her professional and clear descriptions of toxic dynamics and pathways to heal.

While I already learned about codependency and narcissistic abuse from the many video's on Youtube, the 12 week breakthrough course connected the dots. I choose Lisa's program because our experiences seemed so similar.
The secret facebook group delivers a safe and supportive environment to discuss personal issues that I never dared to share before. We all have similar stories, so I finally felt understood. Every week you can ask questions that are answered by Lisa in a live stream. I found this very helpful, not only were my own questions answered, I also learned a lot from the other questions and answers. I learned to be less reactive and to deal with emotional triggers much better then I was able to before the course. Obviously I still need to practice the learned skills a lot. You have access to the course for a minimum of 3 years or as long as the program exists, so you can repeat it many times, picking up new nuggets of wisdom every time.

I have watched many of Lisa's videos and have benefitted tremendously from them. I very much appreciate her for incorporating a kind of spirituality I can relate to. I believe that leads to another level of healing.

She clearly states she is a life coach and it seems like some do not get the difference between that and a qualified therapist.

I have not taken her classes because I generally do not do well in a larger group of people online (I have neurological issues). I don't think the prices are horrible and are cheaper than working with a life coach in person who doesn't have firsthand knowledge of the trauma that comes with living with pathological people. Plus you get access to Lisa through her Facebook groups.

I have participated in many different recovery programs and 12 step groups over the years, have had many Aha moments, however if you are on the fence about whether or not you should join the Lisa A Romano breakthrough course, I would highly recommend that you give yourself the opportunity to do this work while having the support from Lisa, her moderators as well as the online coaching members. This process works and is effective to recognize and confront some difficult mindsets and behaviors you may not have understood in the past. You deserve a new life, a renewed heart and a clear vision to live the life intended for you! Lisa's work was invaluable to my healing. I read her book "The Road Back to Me" in one day. It could have been my story. Being raised by a narcissist and married to one for 28 years, I had no idea I was living unconsciously, repeating patterns and wiring from childhood. Through perseverance and pain I am now living a full, happy life. I have tools to create my own joy and share my love and light with people in my life. Unless you've been abused by a narcissist, you truly don't "get it". Lisa's experiences and knowledge are priceless as she walks your healing path with you.

I was skeptical at first. I am trained to look for "credentials" and life coach is a wide and unregulated term. But everything Lisa said in the first video I came across resonated so deeply with me I couldn't ignore it. Lisa comes from a place of honesty and vulnerability sharing her life experience and what she has learned from it supported by all the methods she has studied to position herself to responsibly share it with others.
She is motivated to help others. Her rates are fair and well below the average in some self help circles. She is flexible with payment terms and has a lot of material available for free. I highly recommend her courses. This work helped me heal and love myself again.
Those are the credentials that matter.

I have just finished Lisa's 12 week breakthrough coaching program. I am very thankful I took the plunge. The course was a lot more difficult than I anticipated because it takes you to your deepest wounds and most difficult emotions, but then helps you to transcend them. I couldn't fully 'complete' the week's worth of work, because each week really represents years or decades of healing, but now I have a wonderful toolkit and roadmap for healing. Lisa really understand the science of the brain as well as of learning, and she has organised the course precisely in the way for us to best learn and address the unconscious programming that underlies all trauma and self hatred. I have a much deeper compassion and understanding of myself now. I am very thankful I took this course.

I took the 12 week on demand class recently, and now I'm taking the 12 week breakthrough August class. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made! Lisa has given me the answers to so many questions. She teaches you how to love yourself! How to reprogram your faulty beliefs! She has changed my life in so many ways! Every day is getting better! My stress levels have come down immensely! She goes above and beyond with her students! My only regret is not finding her sooner. She gets an A-plus from me! NAMESTE LISA! I CAN NEVER THANK YOU ENOUGH!

Once you find Lisa Romano, stop there. Go no further. You have found your answer. She is the "real thing". I have been in and out of therapy for many years and I can honestly say that no one has helped me the way Lisa has. I feel that she truly cares about my healing. She is extremely compassionate and genuine. Lisa has given me the tools to work with and I know that because of Lisa I will continue to learn and grow. I began watching Lisa Roman's youtube videos after a breakup with a narcissist boyfriend. I had never heard that term before. I just thought I kept choosing unavailable, cruel men. They didn't show the cruel side until well into the relationship. My eyes were opened to the fact that my entire childhood was ruled by a narcissist and a co-dependent (although wonderful) mother. I was a product of childhood brainwashing. I found the reason why I had failed marriages and why I married someone just like my dad twice, even though I swore I wouldn't. Her videos and books are well written, easy to read and understand and are live saving. She is the real deal. If you need help, please watch her many videos. Your eyes will be opened to a whole new world of thought.
