In less than 30 days, the LinkNow team has set up and made operational my new website for my CPA practice. The team helped me sort out the content for my website as well as its design and layout. I have a very professional-looking website thanks to the Linknow folks. I will recommend Linknow to colleagues and clients.

It has been a horrible experience with this company. They do not have good experience with website development, and it takes them forever to create a website. Not to mention I paid a good amount of money upfront and did not see the result we thought we would get from them after eight weeks of going back and forth with them. The system they have is way too over complicating :( I had to cancel the service, and they did not refund me. Then I hired a new company, and what they did by taking my word press account from my Godaddy account is so wrong! I did not permit them to do that. Then when my new website coordinator tried to move their files to our new website hosting account, we received so many errors in their files and could not get our website hosting moved over until they fixed it. Unfortunately, I think we are at a loss with this company! And now this is so disappointing that I can't continue to type, do not hire this company!

I own an architecture firm in Orange County, California I received a call and a woman asked me if I would like to see the Website that was designed for the company. Next a hard pressure salesman promised a website that would be much better and generate more traffic than the current one. I was given a bargain price and promised that I would have a website designed no later than 20 days and they would rank the site higher within a 30 mile radius. 40 days later they sent me a link to the new site which turned out to be another Architects site that they copied and put my name on, sixty days later they sent me the 'finished' site which turned out to be a copy of the current web site but with worse organization, graphics and colors. If you receive a call saying that someone has created a new website for you hang up.

They will rank you for keywords that don't gain you results.

Over and over your will try to cancel but they will convince you to stay and spend more.

Furthermore they have awful pre-built websites.

They have only hurt my online rankings and slowed my organic leads. Also cost a bunch of money to do it.

Stay away if you want to grow.

I am very happy with the excelent customer service that I have been received from Ryan McDonald from linknownmedia. He is very professional and respond very effective with all requests. Very impressive with his job. I recommend this company if you want to grow your business. Thanks su much!

This company and it's web design department are incompetent. There is never a simple solution to even the most basic IT issues with LinkNow Media. They destroyed my companies website and when it was brought to their attention they blamed me for the changes that they made saying "if my team and I would have communicated ideas to them better, this would not have happened". I guess hours of speaking with them over the phone, having endless Zoom meetings, screen sharing, emailing ideas and confirming them was not enough for them to do a good job or care to. It is now going on 4 months and we still do not have a working site. Customer service is terrible. Kathy Terry who is the companies Customer Service Ambassador does not live up to her title at all. She even took it upon herself to change the admin contact on our companies account because she had a disagreement with them over issues SHE and her team caused. I would add links to the horrible work they have done and the damaged they have caused our company but it is a total embarrassment to us as well because this is supposed to represent our company and its employees. In its current state it does not and will be corrected by another company who is better qualified that LinkNow Media, Kathy Terry and their web-design team. If you are looking for a web-design company to manage your website or build one for you, there are many others out there that can do a better job than LinkNow Media. If I could have rated them 0 stars, I would!

These crooks offered me that the first payment will be after the web sit will be on the internet, but they charged my credit card the next day.
After 1 month they tried to charge the card again as a monthly fee, The website is not ready, and when I canceled the account with them they tried to charge again $275, when
I asked over the phone to spic to a supervisor the crook on the other side of the phone refuse to transfer the call.

I'm thrilled! How professional Mariana Fernandez is, she guided me through every step in the most responsive and dedicated way. She definitely adds great value to Link Now Media. I just love it.

I was skeptical when I first spoke with Linknow but decided to give them a try. It was one of the smartest business decisions I ever made! They took care of all my website and marketing needs and even brought me new leads. Everyone there is so personable and I recently had the pleasure of working with Az who helped make my domain and email transfer such an easy and painless process! I purchased my website about a year ago and have nothing but great things to say about the LinkNow Media. The day after I purchased my website I was called to begin the setup. My site was live with all my pictures, logo and requested changes in under 3 weeks and now a year later (and one marketing package upgrade later I should add) my site is on the first page and generating leads. They call every three months to check in and I even had their tech support walk me through a full virus scan (not their problem or part of their service). They have gone above and beyond on many occasions. Thanks for the great work.

I was nervous at first, sounded like many promises that couldn't be met. I signed up anyway and was so relieved to have gotten my welcome call a couple days later. They walked me through everything and answered all my questions and gave many recommendations and I even upgraded my marketing package on that call. I'm so happy I did it! My beautiful new site got launched shortly after. At my 4 month mark I asked for a ranking report and was very surprised and even started getting calls through my google listing that they're managing for me. Around the 5 month mark I started getting more and more traffic and contacts from my website itself. I've been with them for over a year and have no complaints. Be carefull, they say one thing and no results. Excuses upon asking results. Only time i get calls from them is only to sell new services, they trap you and will cancel your website or email..

Got a call from sales person named Anthony he had me go to a web site they created for me and reviewing it I agreed to their service.

For around $300 & $30 a month he told me they would keep my web site ranked high, with high exposure, and they would connect remotely to my computer and I could see changes they would make to my website at the same time.

Then later I find out it is $125 a month to actually do all these things. Not including connecting remotely to my computer. Found out later they do not do this after all.

I just want my first initial payment refunded and the domain name they purchased and charged me but now they supposedly own it!

I should have just purchased this my self.

Will follow up with updates on how they handle this issue & the time it takes to be completely resolved.

It started off ok, but now the service is horrific. You can fill out their form to make changes to your site, but they don't make they changes the way you asked. I don't understand why they give you the ability to "edit" your text on your site, only to have they "edit" publish to say something entirely different. And, you can't call, you have to just message that you want a call. They don't return that call for days, then call when you're not open (not like they can see you website with posted office hours or anything). Super unhappy, all I ever here is that they can't do this or do that. We have multiple locations and it seems impossible to get them all listed on our site, apparently I'm the only business like this and the concept is beyond comprehension.
