Ordered tablecloths, chair covers, table runners, and chair sashes from them. Colors were perfect and matched what was shown online. Quality is pretty decent, especially considering the price. Shipping was super fast - took a few days to process, and received everything within a week of placing the order. Would recommend.
I bought 9 items for a party which passed already. I have not yet received my order. I have emailed them twice and have not heard back from them. Calls do not go through to the phone number provided on my bank statement. My order continues saying pending.
Look no further. This is the place to buy polyester tablecloths and cotton feel napkins. They are niot backordered like the other site and prices are the same for polyester tablecloths. I bought 4 102 x 60 cloths and two 60 inch square ones, and the best cotton feel napkins in 12 pack and heavy so can fold them in fancy shapes. I do not understand the negative reviews as my order was shipped promptly in one large box. Here are photos. The table cloths are polyester but are not shiny like other polyester so will look great for three large parties at my home.
This is the worst company ever. I will not order from them again. Order didn't arrive on time and they won't refund me my money. Charges you a 20% restocking fee and return shipping. They don't care about the customer and are totally rude and disrespectful. They never answer their phone and lies when they call you ad say they didn't call you. They take your money and then delay your shipping so they don't have to send your refund.
I recently purchased table cloths that were supposed to be Lann's Linens and they were nothing like the brand that I've purchased in the past. I held them up against my true Lann's Linens tablecloths and the ones from this company were thinner and frazzled on the edges after the first wash. I really think this might be some sort of sales scam. Even tag with brand name looked totally different than I've purchased from other companies in the past. Whatever you do, save your money. Not even a brand name you know can be trusted with this company.
I ordered 7 pink table skirts. They sent 7 peach table skirts. I asked to return them for the correct pink color as shown online. They said sorry, this is the correct color... No exchanges! Beware when you order. The color may be totally different than what you want! I got a soft peach, NOT PINK
I am giving this review based on the actual product as well as the way my concerns were handled (or not handled!) I ordered 6 tablecloths for my daughter's wedding. Of the 6, one was sewn incorrectly and was not a circle, one had dirty spots on it and one actually had small black hairs imbedded in it. I notified customer service, and they asked for pictures. But as this was 3 days before the wedding, I didn't have the time to handle the situation immediately. After the wedding, I again contacted customer service and sent a picture of the defective one. I did not have pictures of the condition that the other two had arrived in, as I had them cleaned for the wedding. Customer service waited a day to contact me, then said it had been over 30 days and refused to provide a resolution. So,I wouldn't recommend ordering from LinenTablecoth unless you're willing to get a bad product that they won't stand behind.
I suggest you never order from them because they make it hard to make returns. If you make two orders in the same day, they want you to send them back separately so they can charge you 2 restocking fees and charge you for two labels so if your return is below $10 they deny the return. I will never order from them again.
After I ordered I decided to look up the reviews for Linentablecloth.com. I was worried that I had been scammed and thought I would never see my $33 again. Two days after that conclusion my table cloths arrived and I couldn't be happier. They are exactly what I had hoped for.
I notified the company ahead of shipping that i no longer needed the order and asked them to cancel it before shipping. Of course they wouldn't do that because they have a 20% restocking fee and do not pay for return shipping either. Would never recommend buying from here - the product wasn't even good enough to have justified keeping it for a different usage
Even though they have shipping delays, they don't try to help you with returning on time. HORRIBLE company with terrible customer service. They are blocking every review I write even though I am telling the truth...
I rented table cloths for my wedding, and I will say the shipping was extremely quick. After two weeks with no response about getting my deposit back, I was told I wouldn't be getting one due to damage making the cloths unusable, and due to a mistake that had the order marked as them paying for the shipping, when I had paid for it. I only used one of the table cloths I rented, and I know it was not damaged, it just had my guestbook sitting on it. They were unable to prove to me what damage had occurred that made the cloths unusable. I would have save money had I not returned the cloths at all.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I purchased tablecloths for my wedding (more than 15 in total) only to carry them abroad to realize they sent me used, stained tablecloths! As soon as I realized, I immediately alerted their customer service who quite promptly offered to refund me in full for the whole order. Those refunds? Oh they said to expect them in 3-5 business days. Today is day 45. They keep telling me their bookkeeping department is "behind." Yeah, tell me about it! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY--save yourself the headache.
I placed a order of 25 tablecloths 07/08/2019. I've heard NOTHING. My order has not been shipped yet and customer service REFUSES to respond to any of my emails or " live chats". The payment has been taken off of my card but the UPS website still says my shipment has not been picked up! I need answers ASAP!
Horrible customer service! I ordered 5 tablecloths on Sept 4th. I paid for UPS shipping. I need these by Oct. 6th. I have emailed them 4 times and even tried to chat. ZERO response! I will have to buy from somewhere else. I'm not hopeful of a refund. I can't even get a hold of them! Also, I haven't called because I am unable to find their phone number.
DO NOT order from this company! They are scamming people by sending parts of orders, waiting days (actually a full week) before responding to customer complaints, attempting to make you create an account l, and then acting as if the warehouse doesn't have all of the items. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!
I ordered linens from linentablecloth.com for our wedding and couldn't be happier, the price saved us a bunch of money on our budget an we were able to put the savings towards some other things, the quality was very nice for what you pay.
I ordered tablecloths for a fundraiser to be held at my home for a non-profit organization. The event was canceled one week before it was to be held. Fortunately, I had not yet opened most of the cloths. I sent a note to customer service, explained that I wished to return those which were unopened and in their original sealed plastic. They said my request was too late (15 day policy) and I should sell them on Amazon or Ebay. Will not use them again, as event planning can be an uncertain.
After having two cancel two other orders with different websites, I found this one. I'm attempting to handle my own wedding plans and needed to purchase linens for the reception. I found their phone number easily and both times I called, the representatives were extremely pleasant and willing to help me by answering all of my questions. They went out of their way to send me a swatch sample, even though they are transitioning to new samples. They are the Nordstrom of online linens!
This was my first time using this company. The front half of the process (36 tablecloth rental) went smoothly i. E. ordering, shipping, promptly, quality. However the back half of the process, unfortunately has me here writing a review. I was sent linen (3 tableclothes) that had mildew stains on it, which forced me to change my seating arrangement at the last moment. This company has absolutely no customer service, you'll never be able to speak with anyone. My event was on April 6th, 2019 and Linen Tablecoth has yet to issue my deposit back. When I email in regards to the mildew stains and my deposit, I get a response approx. 9 days later. And then NOTHING! I actually recommended this company to a fellow party planner, I have reached back out to inform them unless you're ready for a headache do NOT use Linen Tablecloth. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, as well as leaving a description of my experience on every review site that exist.

Answer: Its a company but a shady one, if you ask me. They have a chat that is just an automated FAQ, the phone number leads to an automated message (not people) and they provided me with misinformation multiple times during our transaction. No accountability if they do something wrong.
Answer: It's not a scam, did you receive your order finally. I've never had it take more than 14 days. Usually much less. I think they have to warehouses now, my orders are much quicker recently.
