I have been to the belconnen store recently, and the staff were revolting. I was there 15 minutes before closing time, and the woman serving me huffed and puffed and was extremely rude. She then had the audacity to tell me it was very inconsiderate and rude of me to come so close to closing time. She wouldn't accept cash and was exceptionally rude. This is literally the rudest staff interaction I've ever had. She acted like I was a pain in the $#*! to be going into a shop to (god forbid) buy something. Don't waste your time and money, just go to spotlight. They have a bigger and better range and less incompetent staff. (And much friendlier!)
