The cabinets are a very good value for the money. They're not the highest quality cabinet, but they're not low end either. In the middle range, which fits very nicely to upgrade a kitchen or bath without breaking the budget. If you're careful when you build them you'll have a nice solid cabinet.
Working with Chuck to design and make modifications a few times was great. Looking forward to getting them installed and seeing how they look.

I ordered door samples, which were delivered very quickly. Based on what I received and the research I have done on the quality of other RTA cabinets, I will be placing an order for kitchen cabinets soon.
Although I am very satisfied with the product, pricing, and ordering process, the delivery carrier you use (Roadrunner Transportation Systems) is terrible. If you use RRTS on any future order, I will purchase from one of your many competitors. Here is a synopsis of my experience. On 8/25, RRTS called me and scheduled the delivery date to my residence for 8/29. I am remodeling the entire house and cannot yet live there; as such, it is difficult to wait around there for deliveries. Because I was not given a time for the delivery, I arrived early at the house on the morning of 8/29 and called to get an ETA; I was told between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. At about 1:30 pm, I called again for an ETA and was told by 4:00 pm. At 5:00 pm, I called and got an automated message saying the office was closed and to press [whichever number, I forget] to reach after-hours support. I pressed that number, and the message told me the office was closed...and it hung up. At that point, with no way to confirm whether I was still receiving the order on the scheduled day, I waited until about 8:30 pm. At numerous points throughout the day, I had gotten on the RRTS website tracking page, and the status showed "Shipment out for delivery." At about 8:30 pm, I checked again, and the status suddenly showed "Appointment set for delivery to consignee on 08/30/17." In addition, all the tracking history line items previously showing the delivery set for 8/29 had been changed to 8/30. Fortunately for me, I was able to go again to the residence to meet the delivery which was now apparently set for 8/30. By mid-morning, I called RRTS because I had not received any email or phone call to confirm the schedule change. I was told that the delivery would in fact be that day. Later in the day, a truck from Southwestern Motor Transport, who was contracted by RRTS, arrived with my delivery. The pallet was so long that the driver could not use the liftgate to lower it to the ground. It had been loaded onto the truck with a forklift, and the previous day's driver simply decided to not deliver it (without letting me know) because he could not unload it. Ironically, the pallet was loaded the same way on an identical truck the following day. However, this driver did deliver it, but I had to break the pallet apart at the rear of the truck, lower each box to the ground by hand, and carry each box up my driveway to my garage. The pallet weighed 1,332 pounds...and it was August in Central Texas...a sunny 100 degrees.
