I contacted Lisa Decker because she was highly recommended by a friend, who installed cabinets in several properties. I loved my friend's kitchen and was able to find several products on the website that seemed to be competitively priced. I met with Lisa at the Largo, FL location and immediately fell in love with York Driftwood line. Lisa helped me to refine the design. I requested for the cabinets to be delivered assembled, and all 19 cabinets were assembled and delivered in record time. My kitchen installer was very pleased with the quality and how well everything fit together. It took about 24 hours for two people to complete the installation including cabinet pulls. All cabinets came with plenty of hardware. The only drawback I could see is that the shelves in the cabinets were impossible to re-position after you installed them once - this was due to the type of clips supplied with the cabinets. Had I thought about it, I would have bought different clips in a hardware store. Bottom line: these cabinets are the best quality for the price. I will definitely come back when I am ready to do another project.
Spent weeks getting my order created after many back and forth emails and calls to my rep, we finally got the order. The rep took several days to return calls and or emails. When we received our order, late... we started putting them together. Our sink cabinet was the wrong on and another cabinet didn't have the right sizes to put it together. The lower corner cabinet had a cracked front frame that was difficult to replace as well. After days of figuring that out they were finally installed. The good part was they were easy to put together and install. On the other hand, we have had them for about a year and the paint is wearing off and they chip very easily. White cabinets get dirty easily so we clean them often. The paint wear isn't from the chemicals as I use natural products of water, vinegar and essential oils. They definitely won't last as long as I thought they would or would expect for the price since we're only a year in and they need touched up.

Thank you! I hope to keep buying new items! I recommend! Great manufacturer. Reasonable price, excellent quality!
would have liked a bath vanity display for more colors. Would have liked a 42" vanity with three real drawers, one false, and two doors.

Had to pay for return
Max was great help right from the start. He lent knowledge and guidance the entire process with such patience. Can't wait to see our cabinets! Thank you!
The staff that worked with me was most helpful. Looking forward to seeing these beautiful cabinets in my home
I originally purchased painted cabinets in 2011 for my old house for my kitchen and pantry remodel. They were wonderful and held up perfectly through the time I sold in 2019. Now in my newly constructed home, I am disappointed with my new cabinets from Echelon and will be adding and/or replacing my cabinets. I returned to Lilyann looking for cabinets but the WEBSITE is very difficult to maneuver. It is so slow that I now give up and am looking for other cabinet manufacturers. I hope Lilyann fixes the website problem very soon because I am ready to give up altogether. As to the quality of the cabinets in 2011- they were high quality in my opinion, very durable (painted) and held up through a family of knocking, dinging, slamming and dirty finger prints. They cleaned up very well! Very few if any dings resulted from regular wear. I hope they continue to have a good product. I would like to recommend that Lilyann provides the dimensions of the stiles and rails, and provides a door replacement option for potential refacement of existing cabinets and glass door options (even if the customer provides the glass).
Darryl has been a great sales associate in assisting with my many calls and emails. The design team did a fantastic job creating exactly what I wanted, and even changed it to better suit me when asked. I've had a professional, in town, put together a quote, and lilyann was better, even from afar. So far, I'm impressed. Can't wait to try my hand at building these cabinets. I'll update my experience in a few weeks after the build.
Great customer service and communication. On top of my order.
Order came quickly and well packaged.
Thank you very much.
I've purchased from you guys before for my properties. I like the product and am happy with everything. I find your website a little annoying. the chat window gets in the way of everything....
Darryl was great and very helpful. He responded on nights and weekends to questions. I would happily refer people to him. I also appreciate your 3D drawings. Those are create good buy in for customers picturing the space. I am hoping shipping goes as smoothly as Darryl made buying. On another note, I did not enjoy my conversation with Lindsey.
Shopping on this website was very easy and convenient. Customer service was good but the quality/condition of the products were poor. Even the skins the company sent me to cover all of the flaws had bubbles throughout and scratches where it was hard to decide which way to place them for the least amount of imperfections to show.
First time building cabinets, I looked into a ton of places, I learned about all the different components, wood, hardware.
Bristol chocolate had it all. Soft close drawers, all plywood, solid all around.
I only had doors as the base units in my previous ugly, outdated mdf cabinets.
Now, all the bases are soft close drawers, dove takl.
Doesn't get any better I don't think.
I went against the trendy white shaker, and went with a traditional color, chocolate. Why? Because of its features. The sturdyness and mainly the cost as it is on clearance. Right now I couldn't build the kitchen I needed since most things are now out of stock. But I would have saved a ton more $$ anyways.
My favorite cabinets are hands down the glass ones. Because I now decorate for every season and ocassion. My kitchen looks cheerful and I can't wait to put all my Christmas decorations even though we are in may:-)
We ordered about 20 pieces plus all the trimmings, it does require a ton of planning, thinking, re planning, re thinking. Because shipping is expensive if you don't need the minimum purchase.
So, double check every thing you need, don't forget anything.
I placed a second order later on, because we liked it so much we ended up doing a "coffee station" but is a multi purpose area.
We used 42" plus shakers on top, since the ceiling is higher on that side of the house.
For my kitchen cabinets I had 30" before and I measured the shortest side of the ceiling and it was just more than 12" so when I ordered my cabinets I went with 42"
And i love it! And if I had more space I would had added more glass shakers.
I love the glass units!
I never considered glass because they are so expensive! But not here, my cabinets were cheaper, because of the non trendy color.
We still need to add the backsplash. Today we got out quartzite countertops installed.
By saving money on my cabinets I put it towards nicer countertops, which I stilll shopped around and paid $4200 installed. I went to a stone boneyard and got a local fabricator.
So my entire kitchen was 15k if I include the new small appliances.
I used various apps to make sure I had the right measurements, and the right specs. I could have done my design without it.
My kitchen island is Bristol linen, I regret it, since the wood in the middle of the door is not as solid as the chocolate one. Still a nice cabinet, but the cheaper chocolate cabinet was better made.
Pay attention at those samples.
The only bad thing is the freight company they used, they were delayed, rude, a nightmare.
Reached out to LillyAnn cabinets and Cindy made it right and she was very nice about it.
Next order I had placed they sent me a better company. We still have to install the crown molding, and the light rail molding.
As well as the toe kick, etc. but I wanted to share!
I have bought 4 full kitchens from you already.....
Now for these the finish on them was duller than the sample door I bought. I would be ok with that except it seems to hold dirt too much.
To be specific. The cabinets aren't bad. The supports that hold the shelves up. Are dangerously and precariously holding up glass objects. Sad part is. I called for assistance and they pretended not to know we spent 5,700.00 on cabinets from a co. That cannot or chose not to assist us.
I like the cabinets ... only wish is, the person or persons assembling my cabinets would have glued the seams when assembling them.
Site was easy to use on mobile device. However, banner/above the fold portion seemed tacky/cheap and threw me off a little from wanting to click around.
ALL WEBSITE FEEDBACK (since you had me rate it): Real pictures of the cabinets (each piece) would be helpful. I could not CTRL + Click "View cart" (this would open it in a new tab so that I could stay on my current page), which was annoying. Better filtering would be helpful on the product page as well. The "submit" button on this popup does not have a "pointer" cursor and is missing padding.
Not sure I'd use this for my next remodel. Promised a
"1-14 day" shipping speed, but it took 21 days. Worse was they shipped a wrong cabinet. I ordered a sink base for our remodel, and they shipped a microwave base. I spoke with customer service, they 'owned up' to the mistake, but it's been over a week and still no response despite the fact I've tried reaching back out to them multiple times to see if the correct cabinet has been shipped or not. This means my remodel is about a month behind schedule - the contractors I'm using are getting fed up with me because the whole project is on hold until I can get this last cabinet.
Overall, the cabinets are well crafted and look really great. If I could have my last cabinet, this could have been a 4 or 5-star review!
Tip for consumers:
Cross your fingers that you get all the right cabinets you order. The cabinets that were correct were beautiful - but I'm still waiting for them to replace a cabinet that was sent in error.
Not user friendly to find and add items to cart, but prices make up for it. Hope quality does as well!
Would have like to have the option to chose the hinge direction while placing the cabinets in cart, as a selection option.
I purchased cabinets for my pole barn office and they turned out great. I always receive my cabinets quickly and they never have any defects. The cabinets include all the parts that are needed. I will continue to purchase from Lily Ann Cabinets.

So far so good, but didn't see place to put promotional code and was told I could put in delivery date. I left both in comments box and will call tomorrow.
Don Mears did a great job dealing with our questions and changes.
I see one 30" set of drawers are bo. Until July. I hope they come in sooner!
This company is a great company to work with. They even gave us enough time to receive the product being that we were out of town and the product arrive on the specific date and time without any damage to the cabinets.
Tip for consumers:
This company you can count on everyone is human and subject to mistakes, however, when you bring a concern to the company, they tried their best to get it right and satisfy the customer and this is what it's all about having a company that you can trust and rely on.
