Customer Service is awesome. There was an issue with delivery but they made it right with kindness & great understanding.
The product is great for the price. Instructions were a little challenging, different styles had same instructions. I personally would recommend having help with assembling.

Used Chuck to help design, (free) Awesome! He was very patient & knew what I needed to complete the look.

Overall, I would recommend, especially if you are on a budget. Our situation was due to flood Harvey, this was not on our planned budget. We have had many compliments & they are not completed yet with the moulding & granite. I will send pics when completed.

When hearing prices people are paying for their restored cabinets I am VERY pleased for what we got.

Blessings & grateful for Lilyann Cabinets, they were a life saver.

I received my order within 10 days. It was missing 2 Cabinets, and 3 roll out trays. Unfortunately one of the cabinets was the WDC Wall corner cabinet and could not start the installation until that came in. It took almost 3 weeks to get the missing items. Once the items came in, i was finally able to start my kitchen, As I unboxed and started to install the cabinets, I noticed that the Lazy Susan was missing. I called and was told that it was on back order, I should have been notified when it That took two weeks to come in, If the order would have all come in at the first delivery, then I would have given this 5 stars across the board.As it turned out, from order to final complete delivery was about 2 months and I was without a kitchen for Christmas.

Some of the hinges are the old style and some the new. The cabinets were assembled for us and the hinging was done incorrectly and we cannot just turn the cabinet upside down because the hinge does not adjust that far. One cabinet was missed on the layout by the sales specialist, but I also missed it and he we very helpful in expediting shipping.
The overall product quality is fantastic!

We have had quite a few issues with the orders, but overall I am pleased. Doors were delivered without hinges, pullouts were delivered without rails, and the person who helped me with the layout calculated the trim amount incorrectly. On the plus side, once we finish this project, I will have a gorgeous kitchen at half the cost or less of using a remodeling company or one of the big box retailers and using comparable cabinets. The overall quality and value for the price is fantastic.
