I am looking to update my kitchen. Love the sample idea. Really helps in the final decision process. I decided i did not like the color samples i orig8nally orderes. I will be trying again. I do believe i have decided on cherry color.

Shopping on this website was very easy and convenient. Customer service was good but the quality/condition of the products were poor. Even the skins the company sent me to cover all of the flaws had bubbles throughout and scratches where it was hard to decide which way to place them for the least amount of imperfections to show.
Shopping was good as is the web site. Just ordered samples and will decide on complete kitchen cabinets when samples arrive.
Just closed on the home improvement loan and will be placing order for entire kitchen cabinets next week.

Happy with purchase; however, one glass door has two stress cracks that I notified them about and still waiting for a follow-up response. Four stars for that reason as well as not the best response time. Miscommunication about my order was promptly addressed by another individual and not the assigned salesperson. This should not have to happen. Overall, they are beautiful cabinets at a great price so will purchase again.
It was good but the web site deleted my order a few times. I have to re-enter the info.
Company is great, quality is pretty nice. Freight company is a different beast. I know it's a national company and things happen, but the freight company is difficult to coordinate with, the drivers are in an extreme hurry with every process of delivery. Makes it feel that they are paid piece work or banned from any over time. Times and days are limited depending on which city you live in. Back to the cabinet company, the services there are great, even for fixing orders that got mixed up on products shipped. (Easy mistake with same pet number but followed by different letter for style.)
Impressed with the quality of Lilly Anne cabinets at a very fair price. Easy to assemble, looks great. I will order again when the time comes for another remodel.

After getting quotes from three different companies, we replaced our 40 year-old kitchen cabinets with Lily Ann's Shaker Espresso cabinets. Beautiful cabinets and quality construction. Saved about $2000 over similar cabinet from other sellers.
Cabinets arrived in about 12 business days. There was one problem with the order which Lily Ann resolved promptly.
Assembly is fairly simple. Assembly videos on their website are quite helpful, and when we got stuck we were able to call customer service for help.
We had a couple of defective doors and a hinge that wasn't working properly, as well as a drawer slide rail. We just contacted them today for replacements and are awaiting their response.
I appreciated their personal care in regard to customer satisfaction. You will too.
They were very easy to put together. Young man who delivered was very courteous. Could have little better diagrams on which screws go where. Over all beautiful products!
Assembly instructions were not very good and the tongue and groove had to be sanded and cleaned to fit properly.
I went looking for a distributor of RTA cabinets.
We are Harvey flood victims and after searching NUMEROUS places for kitchen cabinets, we decided to go with Lily Ann. We initially didn't receive our MAIN upper corner cabinet, it was not easy to actually get help at first with this, but I finally did receive a phone call and item was shipped out. THEN, we receive our cabinet but the hinge hole cut out in cabinet/glass door and hinge holes do not match up. We did finally get the correct item. Lastly, we ordered the kick board for the final touch in kitchen. It came to us, looked very cheaply made, with numerous defects. We just worked with what we had, as I didnt care to have to submit ANOTHER request for undamaged product. There was uneven color, scratches, etc.But we are done.
There was confusion with the order and i had to wait longer than i was originally told
The products, the prices and the service are all outstanding. I get the feeling that there is no issue too small that they would not make every effort to correct.
