Although navigation of the site was easy, the checking out was not. I had to enter the information three different times AND there was a virus that attacked my computer during the check out. Please clear whatever it attack me as it truly made me wonder if I had reached a less than reputable site and you dont want your customers to feel like that.
This issue was looked over immediately by the Lighting Supply and referred the virus to their IT department. Delivery was fast and I am satisfy with my purchase.
Hard to find item, you have them. Should give free shipping on orders over $50 though. I dealt with Stacy, a very pleasant young lady about a problem with description vs. what I received. At this time I believe, with her good assistance, we have settled the problem.
First agent gave me code for white bulb; wanted frosted. Worried me while placing order so called again and this agent suggested *******. Glad I called to verify the color. Ordered from you before so confident I will receive the correct bulbs. If not, I have your number:-)
Very easy to change the voltage from factory set up to 120 volt by just replacing 277 to 120 volts labeled 120 v. black wire. So people out there looking for nice portable squid fishing lamp, this is the light I choose, low 150 watt, cool to touch but very bright compared to 500 watt halogen lamp.
I always have a positive experience when I call Lighting Supply.com. Amber helped me this time but every order was easy to place and if I needed help it was always terrific.

Not the same tube i bought last time, length might be slightly different, but it's the closest you have.
Because your tube length spec does not indicate whether it's a tube length or pin end to pin end measurement, the tubes I purchased were too short. I have returned them, but Company will refund only tube cost, not shipping. Company's specs for product should be specific so customers know exactly what they are buying.
When I ordered the bulbs, I got back an email saying they were out of stock. I figured that it would take two or three weeks for you guys to get more so I wanted my money back right away. That was a Friday. By the following Monday, you had the bulbs and sent them on to me. I t would have been less confusing if you had added a statement to the email I got about how LONG it would be before you could send the bulbs to me.
All is good. I would like to mention the bulbs were I guess placed on a card that was supposed to hold them but they fell out of the card and rattled about the box. I didn't see any damaged ones though. Just a heads up. Thanks!
Placing an order was very simple using my packing slip from previous order as my guide. When I checked in online, my previous order was included. If I'd realized it was there the process would have been even simpler. Great site! Will be returning for additional items.
The quality of the bulbs is uncertain. I already had one blow out from the previous order a few months ago. I realize this isn't your fault, but it is costly for me and I had little recourse but to have bought these new bulbs, hoping that more won't blow out many years before they should.
Pricing was fine, although I was expecting better on shipping. The tracking service could be better so that at least you know where your package is in the process would be helpful. I will still likely return to purchase this item again from Lighting Supply. The Customer Service was very courteous and helpful.
I was Impressed by the follow up call. Never had anything I've ordered be checked on in person. I will be Shopping for anything you sell that I need. Thanks! I'm too new of a business to have the credit history necessary to have one but it would be awesome if you had contractor accounts with credit lines for ordering items.
One of the 6 globes ordered does not work. I tried it in more than one to be sure. As a result I cannot use one of my 6 lamps brought from South Africa. :( Otherwise. They are not bright enough for reading in my bedroom though, so I will need to make a plan B here. Thank you!
I found the wait time for a regular order to be much too long and ended up paying $66 for a $21 dollar item. With today's shipping competition compared to other vendors I would think that shipping could be 2 day at a far less price.
I used Chat, and Audrey was great. She looked through your inventory and found just what I wanted - a 3-way LED light for my reading lamp.
Now I'm concerned that the light received isn't strong enough. I was using a 50/100/150 watt bulb before.
And I'm also concerned about how hot this LED light feels after being on for an hour or two.
Lights arrived, all worked and they appear to be high-quality, well built. In the past I have bought "cheaper" LED's from other sources, and they don't last. I am hoping that sending more money to get a good brand "Toshiba" will yield lights that do last a long time.
The order was delivered on Saturday to the business address. We got lucky no one walked off with it and the package didn't get ruined in rain or snow over the weekend. Didn't see an option for business delivery, maybe I missed it.
Also, didn't see an option to provide the shipping info different from the billing info, which I would prefer.
Otherwise, all worked out well.
I ordered item F48T12/CW/HO/ALTO I received item X*******LV OCTRON CURVALLUME. I need return authorization plus return label. I want replacement as soon as possible since I cannot use my workshop in the dark. I do not use a computer or i-phone often enough to send photos.
