My experience was great. Especially the examples of "How to measure". It helped me a lot. The response I received back via email was quick. T can only add more positive feedback to your company. You assisted me so well that I didn't need to call my landlord in assisting me with replacing the kitchen lights. Also, the way that the light fixtures arrived packed really had the lights secured to prevent breaking. Excellent, and the brightness from GE Brand seems to be brighter than what I had before. I'll keep my invoice so I'll know exactly what I need when I order again. Your "How to Measure," diagram was so helpful. Thanks again.
Products were in stock-great pricing-and the shipping container was very durable and labeled as fragile. The lamps were insulated very well on the inside to prevent any damage during transit. Products went out same day and arrived within 2-3 days as promised. Finally, the company took the time to follow up on the experience to see if everything was handled properly and if they could do anything else to improve the purchase. It is a pleasure doing business with lighting supply.
Search functionality is pretty weak - especially when trying to find replacement/alternatives to previous stocked/ordered items. Would've purchased more, but already too long to make simple re-supply purchase...

This is my first order from Lighting Supply and I'd have to say that they were great. The bulbs I ordered were not carried in the local home improvement stores or any other store that I would have thought might carry them so I was pleasantly surprised at the price and availability. Another online company would only offer them by the case. I bought two sets because of the price and service. I will definitely refer my co-workers about Lighting Supply when they need replacements.
If this order is an indication of your service and commitment, then I will continue to purchase items from you for a long time. I cannot remember the last time I ordered something online that was listed at the lowest price that I'd found, and that it shipped right away.
Fantastic assortment of lights. You could expand on the ability to sort items or filter items to make finding the right bulbs a little easier. I had no idea so many miniature lights are available to choose from for light bulb replacements.
I needed one part from this website and its the only website that the parts have been found. $89 to ship to Alaska is rather ridiculous since we are part of the USA. While i am happy you have the $4.49 part I need, I ended up shipping to my parents who will then mail it along to me for far less. Its so frustrating to deal with shipping. The USPS is cheap and handy and gets stuff to Alaska in the same amount of time. Please use this as an option for your Alaska and Hawaii customers!
Well organized web site with good technical information. Products were in stock and my two different orders shipped within 24 hours of being placed through their web site. The products were well packed and not damage even to the individual product boxes because of the robust outer packaging they used. I will be a repeat customer.
Great offering and pricing. Had trouble with logging in and from a customer experience it would be less frustrating if the payment information remained once entered regardless of if you had to go back and change shipping address or change the purchase quantity. Overall good service with prompt confirmation.
The bulbs that I ordered are very difficult to find anywhere except online. The price per bulb was high but not exorbitant. However for the shipping to cost almost the same amount as the product seems a bit ridiculous considering there were only four candelabra bulbs in the shipment.
Greg your customer rep was extremely helpful. The only reason I gave one star rating on products received were that were the wrong bulbs - did not fit. Greg has found correct bulbs and will purchase very soon.

Lighting supply had the specific bulb in stock that I needed. These bulbs were not available at local lighting stores, Home Depot or Lowes. They were easily found on the internet and pricing was better than their competitors. I will go to Lighting Supply next time I need bulbs of any type.
