4 ft. LED D65 replacement tubes

The ordering process was very easy. The sales request for additional information on the particular item I ultimately selected. Installation was a cinch and tubes fit right into the existing ballast without any issues. The light in comparison to the fluorescents I was replacing (from and environmental and availability perspective) was just a little bright and the color a little more blue but gorgeous. Since we don't use these lights more than 8 hours a day 52 weeks a year I won't have to replace them before I retire in 20 years or so due to the 70,000 hour lifecycle! And the price was not much more expensive than what I had last paid for same grade of fluorescent tubes. Best value/service I found.

I was very upset when the manufacturer of my device informed me that the part that I needed was no longer being made. Instead of giving up, I started looking for someone who might still have the part in stock. I feel very lucky to have found Lighting Supply! They had 3 of the part that I needed still in stock. They shipped my new part super fast. I installed it and my device is back to working perfectly! I am very, VERY, pleased with Lighting Supply. Thanks!

This is the only supply house in town that charges delivery fees. Then when ordering two separate orders on the same day they charge me two separate shipping fees for two orders to be put on the same truck and delivered at the same time. And when they delivered it to the wrong address they tried to bully me into correcting their mistake!

2 clear glass hurricane globes for wall scones

Delivery was very prompt. However, 1 globe was just slightly smaller in diameter than advertised. I tried it in both wooden wall scones and it doesn't fit either one. Thus, it is the globe that is just slightly off in diameter. I have to sand down one of the scones and restain it - then all will be OK

Website difficult to use

Website difficult to use. Becoming a "customer" took two days...
Still not sure if I ordered the correct bulbs, then add-ons for length of the bulb and shipping make these expensive. Unfortunately feel trapped as I can't find them locally. Arrived broken. Asked for refund.

Disappointed that shipping options are limited for a small item that costs only 3 dollars. UPS charge of 13 plus dollars when shipping first class mail would be considerably less money. Easy checkout however, and you had the item I needed in stock.

Website worked well to find my product number quickly. One product did not have a picture and that would be very helpful in ordering. Could not read complete shipping option since the cell was too short for the words. Left a question in my mind about shipping. Not sure if you will use UPS or FedEx or USPS. That makes a difference for our business.

So far so good w/ the ordering process. Shipping is a little high - $10 on a $30 order. And this may not be your fault, but since FedEx delivered the package, they didn't provide any type of notification that the order was delivered so I could check the porch. It sat outside for 3 days while I waited for notification. The Amazon user experience is much better when it comes to the delivery process.

System was not initially user friendly; however, once establishing on line account, ordering was easy. Order was received in a timely fashion. Overall price not bad but once you add S&H, it's pricey. Quality of item: bulbs not as pink as expected. Plus, there were bulbs that were pinker than others in the same order - consistency off.

I ordered replacement bulbs, but I received notice they were out of stock and delivery would be delayed. However, I was also given a number to call to check on a substitute. I called and a capable lady found a substitute and my bulbs were received a few days later. I was very impressed.

Correct product and received on tine

Called their customer support who were very helpful in providing information on correct range hood filters for my Kenmore Elite range hood over the stove. Also Lighting Supply was way cheaper for the OEM filters above all other competition.
Will buy again from Lighting Supply in the future.

Ordered on-line and received my astronomical light in 1 week. Received exactly what I ordered. This is my 3rd purchase from lighting supply and all orders have been flawless.The only issue I have is the cost to send the package from Michigan to Sun City.@$12.50 for 6 ounces via UPS! I feel on orders this small in weight and size the postal service would have been a better option to offer your customer at a lesser cost. The shipping was 16.33% of the cost of the product.

Forgot part of my order.

I ordered three connector pieces and was shipped two. I contacted customer service and they found the missing piece. I have received it and was able to complete my job. Had my order been shipped complete, I would have given them five stars. Their customer service department is great.

The first time in a while that all items were in tact and functioning; obviously the result of more careful packaging in the shipping department. Perhaps small order are often treated carelessly? Worthwhile to request special treatment as I did here (even while Lighting Supply always puts everything right after a reportage of damage).
