I just wanted to post my review of the "Phenibut 40grams small crystal" product I just bought. Overall it was good it helped me get to sleep even with my chronic headaches. Which I appreciate very much. I would definitely recommend following the label only use it 2 days out of 7 because you'll get nasty side effects like anxiety, and depression. One thing though is after i take it I feel very hot like my body temp goes up, so I don't know what that is about. Overall I love the company they ship fast, and have a 90 day return policy which I love. Overall great experience with liftmode.com.

I discovered Liftmode through shopping on Amazon. I've ordered a few of their products now and haven't been disappointed. My favorite so far has been the Biacalin. It's an herbal supplement that is supposed to help with anxiety, promotes relaxation, and is an antiinflamatory as well. I haven't noticed any improvement of my arthritis yet, but I've stuck with a low dose. I do think it is mildly relaxing though, and I may bump up my dosage to experiment with this. All in all, a good website to try if you're looking into supplements and nootropics!

This product is a game changer for me. I have had severe problems with insomnia and anxiety. This product has helped with both immensely.

I had ordered some green tea extract, theanine, and some 5-htp. As for getting the supplements incredibly fast thru the mail during the Christmas season, the supplements are top notch in my book! They even come with lab results on purity and their own little spoons to dispense! I had a problem with one of the supplements being broken open and spilled and the spoon busted in to pieces and within a couple days after emailing Liftmode to tell them about my problems with my order. The green tea extract is amazing. It gives me tons of consistent energy as well as all the antioxidant benefits, etc. of green tea. Also, there are 600 servings in the container, so if you're considering loose leaf green tea to try to get the real health benefits, you might want to consider this extract instead.

The taste is a little bitter, but if you put it in capsules or just mix it in a drink, it's really not bad. I've been mixing it into my morning smoothies or vegetable juices and I can't taste it. Or I'll put it into a pre-workout drink before I lift or run.

I switched from coffee to tea because coffee bloated me and made me crash in the early afternoon. I still drink tea throughout the day, but I like using this extract to supplement my weight management and overall health.
