With regard to the Phenibut -

For me Phenibut helps with insomnia & social anxiety. For people who suffer none of these problems, they'll probably say Phenibut doesn't work, but if you have any of these probs, take it... take it and enjoy, for as long as you can.

Thing is, tolerance & overdosing & withdrawal are real risks here. Upping the dose for same effect is a no-no... don't ever do it. One rule you should monitor forever with drug use: Never up the dose to enjoy the same effect. Just abstain for long enough to allow your body to completely acclimate to it's absence.

I added the suggested serving dosage of 200mg to each of my 3-4 × daily, large "Iced Coffees", in which I had halfed my usual amount of "Full Roast". I was hoping to obtain the same desired effects from less. Or at least minimize the unwanted ones (ie."jitters" & cardio-pulminary strain). And it did all of these things. LiftMode's Caffeine 100mg + L-Theanine 150mg Capsules arean excellent alternative to my usual cup of coffee or soda during the day. These have enough caffeine to keep me energized, but the L-Theanine reduces the jitters I usually get from other caffeinated products. I had no problems at all with the quality of the product, the delivery of the product, or any ill side effects.
