This Company is a Scam. Liberty Home Guard LLC is a scam. I purchased a policy for one year. Heater were covered in the claim, but they went internal and stated the part that fail was not covered. They never gave a break down on internal parts of a heater not being covered.
They will send you someone 5 days later that is likely a drug addict. The drug addict they sent me could not fix the toilet they were sent to fix and then broke the other toilet in my house.
I have used almost every single home warranty company in the USA, and this is the WORST. They have arbitrary caps on service calls, do not cover labor costs, and their contract cancellation guarantee is a total scam. I have never been this upset over a company in my life. Horrible RIP OFF scam. I am extremely dissatisfied with this garbage company. DO NOT USE
Stay away. I've been ignored. I've been lied to. These guys like to collect premium but not pay out. What a rude bunch of alleged customer service reps.
Well, that's what I just learned, and they even showed me the line in the policy it says it. I mean if ever there was a fraud, this would be it.
Never buy Liberty Home Guard for your warranty. They play tricks on customer. Our AC unit is down reecently and we file a claim but they decline to fix or replace cause the technicain can't find the part. All they are offering is $250 asking us to deal by ourselves. What we are asking is to get the AC unit functioning especially now it's summer time. They ignore our request and we have made many phone calls to communicate but all what we get is they can't do anything to resolve but the $250 for a part not exsiting now even they know we can't do anything about the AC with the $250. We have been their customer for the 2nd year and this is how they treat their customer and have no capability to fix issue.
Liberty is an excellent provider. They have been very accommodating of my personal circumstances over the past year. They helped lessen the monetary burden of owning a home, and I am very appreciative. Liberty also has very helpful and responsive customer service. I would recommend them to others.
Most home warranty company's exclude breakdowns that are a result of rust and corrosion, and at first, when I saw that exclusion in liberty's policy I was worried because my AC unit broke down and was showing some rust and age. Liberty could have easily used rust as an excuse to not provide coverage but they operated with complete integrity and identified that since the rust didn't precipitate the issue this was a covered breakdown. Liberty Home Guard paid $1,100 to fix my A/C!
It was quickly apparent that Liberty Home Guard isn't just a short-term pop-up home warranty company. They make it clear that their relationship with us, the customer is paramount. Even during a non-covered claim, they went above and beyond to make us happy. They coordinated the entire job and even gave us a $100 credit towards the work on our surround sound system which definitely wasn't part of the policy.
Whenever we've had a repair issue in our home we've called Liberty Homeguard. Not only are they super quick to respond, they even helped us find a contractor and coordinate the repair work on items that have nothing to do with our policy. A few months ago we had a roof issue which isn't covered and their representative found us a repairman and made sure the work was within budget and up to standard.
I've been with Liberty for the past 5 months. Since then, I've had 2 claims on my refrigerator and one for my AC. They fixed and paid for all my claims quickly and just as important, made the process super easy. I can't recommend them enough!
I love my LibertyHomeGuard policy! Their customer service is very courteous, respectful and helpful with all of my policy needs, and I always feel like I'm getting the best value for my money. It would take something very major to get me to change my provider.
My air conditioning system broke this year. Some sort of an issue with gas leaking out, Liberty Home Guard customer support had someone on the case within 2 hours or so. I really appreciate their quick response.
My dishwasher broke two weeks ago. I made a call to Liberty and before dispatching a technician the customer service technician offered to help me troubleshoot. After 15 minutes on the phone together we managed to fix the problem and I saved myself the time of waiting for a technician and the $60 deductible. Liberty goes above and beyond!
Filed a claim for my dishwasher which wasn't draining properly. Their service department coordinated the entire claim for us. The technician came the next day, fixed the clogged drain and waived the service fee. Thank you Liberty!
Jordan Marks responded to me quickly, answered all my questions and was very professional and courteous. Liberty Home Guard has more flexible coverage than the other companies.
When our AC stopped working suddenly, we opted for replacements instead of repairing it. Liberty's credit towards replacements always offer me that option.!
They have great plans to choose from which are easy to understand. Honest guys who do away with all the "fine print" none sense.
