Claim Your BusinessToday, I received an unexpected gift in the mail. My Dec 6th ordered compass! I was not expecting it, since I actually canceled the order. I am extremely pleased! The beauty and quality of this item are top-notch. I sincerely believe LETOOR feels horrible with the issues incurred with many of our orders and this was a beautiful gesture to make it right—and my son loves it. We will definitely order from them again.
I placed two orders of the same gifts thinking the first order didn't go through. They charged me twice and refused to cancel the second order. I placed the 2nd order on Saturday and cancelled it Monday. They are shipping it anyway. To return it, I will have to pay $40 and then thwy claim thwy never receive it. I already had it happen. They have ripped off $300 from me, total. That doesn't include the $40 shipping.

At first I was skeptical about this company because there was no phone number or address to know where they were located. They only had an email address for customer support. I really liked the merchandise they were selling and had never scene such unique products, so I decided to take a chance. I did reach out to them twice with an email, and they did respond back within maybe 48 to 72 hours later. They told me when the merchandise was ready to be shipped, I would receive an email with the tracking number. That never happened, but within 10 days to 2 weeks of placing my order, I did receive my order, with no invoice or return label included, although they did say, returns would be accepted within a certain amount of time. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I did receive the products I ordered, but I would have liked more contact from them as far as a confirmation email, and an invoice included in the merchandise packaging.
They are not forcoming when question why the item is taking longer then they advertise. I paid for express shipping and it took over a month to receive it. It arrived by regular Canadain mail, from Mississauga, ON to Cornwall On, unbelievable that it took so long. I also had the tracking app and not once did it show the item in Mississauga. Please take your time and check all reviews, I'm sure you will make the right decision to proceed or not. I will never buy from this company again. They do not refund your purchase.

The worst company to deal with it. They will steal your money and then you will not receive any merchandise, they don't even bother to answer your emails. This is a scam company.
No communication, no phone number, order 1 business day shipping, 7 days later no emails and no products
Just reading a review that someone got ripped off $300.00 is enough for me not to order from this company.
