Lensivy

I ordered at lensivy and a few days later I saw a lot of websites that said it is fake, so I got worried. Today my package came in and all the clothes I ordered look exactly like the pictures and they are also great quality.

But I would still not recommend ordering sth from lensivy, because I tried to send them an email but that was not possible, so it is still a very strange site. And you don't find out anything about them on their website.

The three stars are because I love how their clothes look and the quality of them is better than very famous online stores.

I bought two graphic tees from here on April 25th. I knew it would take longer due to the pandemic, but it took a month and a half for my items to be delivered. I ordered from here before I did my research on the website. I did receive my shirts, and I am happy with the products, but I will not be ordering again due to the riskiness of the website itself.

My sister and I both ordered from this website over a month ago. We've emailed them multiple times with only one response that didn't answer our questions. They charged our card and we haven't received any of our items. When we check the tracking it doesn't tell us where anything is or when it should arrive. This company is a scam. DONT BUY FROM THEM. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I ordered my items over a month ago and they didn't give me a good way to track my packages. I got them in the mail and the sweatshirt I ordered looks terrible and like it cost ten cents to make. Also, the dress I ordered is terrible material and isn't even the color of the dress I ordered. I'm not ordering from here about and I would not recommend it.

I ordered stuff in early August and still haven't received my items, today's date is 10/28. They charged over $80 to my card, gave me no way to track the packages, and once again I have received nothing. From what I have read, the clothes never look like they do on the website, they look cheap. Definitely not worth your money

I made my order 1 month ago and I did not receive an email about the tracking number and until now they had not even sent it, however, whenever I wrote to the lensivy service they answered me, yesterday I wrote to cancel my order and asked for a refund and they answered this morning and an hour later they confirmed the entry, it has yet to reach me, it will take a few days, because it is by card, but they have been quite efficient.

Can't even begin to explain how awful this site is and how crappy the clothes are also. Took four MONTHS for them to send my clothes. Never received any of them. Don't know what they "sent" these clothes thru but they will not help me at all to resolve any conflict or anything. Should be shut down because they are borderline illegal.

We paid $92 on some shirts. It said make it to 79 dollars in order to get free shipping. It was not free shipping. It's been over 2 months by now. Due to the pandemic I thought that it would take longer, and due to the international shipping. However when you check the tracking option on the website, it said it was "being prepared" for almost three weeks now. So overall, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM. If I could leave a "zero star" I would.

Almost 5 months after purchasing 7 items, 5 of them have arrived (in 3 different sendings). It took almost 3 months to received the first one and the tracking information is the poorest I have ever experienced. It practically doesn't update from the departure of the item until it is om your doorstep, being delivered. I have now been claiming the refund of the two remaining articles, with no luck so far, and being told that the refund could take up to 30 working days, which have passed by far. I should have read the reviews before purchasing, so I guess it is my own fault. May others be wiser and not even THINK about purchasing from this SCAM site.

I haven't even received my package yet. Its been over 2 months and I tried to contact but at the bottom of the page when it says"Please enter captcha code, Notice the uppercase or lowercase." and I submit the code it doesn't submit. So contacting them doesn't work. I spent 117$ on a package that is taking a long time to come in. So I recommend to not buy from this site.

I ordered a sweatshirt and it's a Different material and color and doesn't look the same as the picture, it just looks completely different and is way brighter in person.

Its been 2 months and a half and still haven't received my 2 graphic tees yet. I'm very concerned. This website is very sketchy and doesn't communicate or send u emails regarding where your package is at. I'm only hoping it shows up soon.

I order three T-shirts' which totaled to an amount of 43 dollars. After i had already made my purchase i cancelled the order because of the bad reviews i had seen. It will only refund me 20 dollars out of the 43 dollars i paid for. Do not buy from here. When i email them about it they send an email that has nothing to do with what i just sent them.

Still waiting- it's been over a month and my order is still being processed I will never order again...

Ordered from Lensivy in early April and here it is June 14th and I have not received my items. When I track those items the last update was from May 23rd and nothing else to show for.

I ordered joggers on May 30th and still have not received them. Today's date is 9/13/20. I ordered a crop top on June 1st and received it on August 8th. They take forever to ship and the order is never correct. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.
