I made my order 1 month ago and I did not receive an email about the tracking number and until now they had not even sent it, however, whenever I wrote to the lensivy service they answered me, yesterday I wrote to cancel my order and asked for a refund and they answered this morning and an hour later they confirmed the entry, it has yet to reach me, it will take a few days, because it is by card, but they have been quite efficient.
