on 9/18/20The customer service answers by e-mail, but they don't solve anything, just come up with allí sorts of excuses, both for delays in the sendings (like: your order could be held up for two months due to bad weather or a slow post-office service in your town), and for the refund not received, insisting om that the refund has been mase and asking you for scteenshots of several weeks of bank transactions to prove you have not been refunded. A total mess and absolutely not trustworthy.
