The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Excellent but doubtful it maybe a spam
Are you really a good lender
Wanted to view rates, instead immediately bombarded with calls and messages.
I inquired for information only. At the very end of this process I was informed a number of individuals would contact me via phone. I would have never gone this far if I was given this info BEFORE I filled out the form.
So far it's going good but I'm only at first part of all this going good right now
Request on line not over phone. I do not like to talk to people.
Great it was so simple to fill out the application and I feel great about that.
This was an easy app! I Pray and Hope I will be successful this time! I don't want to be Homeless and unfortunately apartments are not an option for Me anymore being that the past landlord let some have key to My apartment and I was "Assaulted Physically". Plus where I'm living is in an familiar community of My Youth. And Thank God some people that knew Me and My Family are still alive and here. I Pray to God that I can make an way to stay Amen... Sincerely Kimberley R. Thpmas

I don't know those fenders but I hope they work so far so good
Ok good service to help me out on owning my home from f
I'll wait to see the mortgage rate before I make a decision
Okay just shopping for a lender that will work for me
No info just told a bunch of people will call not helpful
You had a rate listed on your google ads of 1.75%, however, after receiving my info, I do not see any rates anywhere for this rate on the page of lenders. So, I can only conclude that this was artifice to get me to your site and get my information. Seems deceptive to me. Great, now I get contacted by a million banks without being able to decide which has the best rate. What is the purpose of this site besides harvesting my data? Perhaps I am missing it right now.
Will I actually get 1. Whatever %. I bet They don't even know that percentage rate. If I can't I will tell everyone about how you scam people with the low interest rate!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
