The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I had believed I would had my question answer without talking to someone. Anyhow I have 14 years of on time payments. No late payments at all.
I expected to see the lender with 1.9%. Not what I got. Feels like bate and switch.
I figured that this would show me houses in my area for the price range I'm looking for.

No opinion yet because it is not explained yet. Just wanting business.
I was expecting a number via the add. And now it says someone will call me. I hope not.
You say that I can review rates, but what happens is that Loan officers cal just want to take an application and do not have the basic info I provide on the Lendgo site. Pretty sad...
This site I wanted to use to compare. I know that soon I will be hit up with many calls. I am in the process of dealing with another site. Their rates were higher.
Don't like putting my phone number out there. You need to reduce the template to just have contact by email until I decide who I want to talk to.
People start calling way to fast before I was finish someone started calling
Just started with this already started receiving calls from brokers witch I Don't care for at this point
Other than the required "approval" for many other type of sales people and computers being allowed to contact me. I didn't like the thought that I will start receiving many, many sales calls. They'd better not start bombarding my cell phone, else I report the calling individual to FCC and Homeland Security's "Slam the Scam" program.
Excellent terms and service determined and offered.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
