The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I'm at work right now but you can call me back when you get this message please
You are asking for too much information. I don't want a bunch of sale people spamming. You bait and switch and I HATE that so much that I actually took the time to tell you this.
I haven't been here long enough to make an opinion..
I was under the impression you were helping find a lender not a credit repair place?
You said you would show me rates but that didn't $#*!ing happen. So go screw!
The Lendgo advertisement states a low percentage rate and offers you an opportunity to see the low rates once you put all your personal information into the system, but it does not display any rates for you, it simply sends your info to companies and now you will be contacted by these companies that have your info. So you do not get the opportunity to see the rates the Lendgo promised…. You are simply referred to other companies.
You guys are deceiving people to fill out the form and not be ready to provide interest rates that are similar to those that are posted. Unethical.
Making me wait on listing a lender. I really don't think it's right because it says approved in minutes

I didn't see the promised lenders right after I gave my personal information.
Was hoping for rates, instead, it was just a lead form
I'm just trying get info about a refi, and all you want is my feedback on my experience. Just move me forward.
Lendgo is advertising a ne flex plan being offered by the government, says if no missed payment can lower payments up to $350 on my account
I'm not getting response on what is advertised about Lengo special interest rates with no missed payments gov
Thank you for the opportunity to apply for this program.
Very good & self explanatory, easy process also. Thank You very much. What would we have to do if we a looking to move to a different State, down Southwest area(s)? Would or should we wait until we know exactly where we will be moving to, or can we get a pre-approval loan to show the seller/realtor we're serious & have an amount for purchasing their home! Again Thank You Very Much & we are looking forward to doing business with your company!
Your add says an interest rate of 2.25% and you show me a much higher rate, even with very good credit.
Significantly spammed within seconds of clicking the finish button. Even before I was able to see the information online I had 3 calls and 2 texts.
I didn't want to see companies, I wanted to see actual information that can tell me which of these are better. Not interesting in calling all of them to make an informed decision.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
