I had a bad experience at Le Lyonnais last October. My grandparents came into town to get dinner with my family and the waiter was so rude for no reason. He was disrespectful and very short with everyone. We asked questions about the menu and he wouldnt really respond. It is appalling to witness an employee of such a respected and formal restaurant to behave in such a manner. I was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way and believe you should be aware of your employees actions. It completely ruined our experience and night. I trust that this is not the way Le Lyonnais does business and that you will mention my concern with John about the incident. I am open to discussing the matter to further and should hope that you will respond with a solution to prevent this incident happening again.
