Good, site was easy to find what I was looking for

Thanks for offering affirm, sezzle, and PayPal. I just wish exchange shipping was covered since it's difficult to estimate the size of the jacket needed.

The ties on the chaps are too small for the waist size. Or my waist is too small for the thigh size.

Just wish you had a larger variety of styles in wide sizes for women.
I'm a petite woman, with small, wide feet. It is very difficult to find footwear that fits my 5 1/2 W foot. I really wanted these boots with the pink hardware but I knew they would be too narrow. As it is, the 6 wide fits the width of my foot, just. I will have to stuff the toe with cotton because they are a bit too long and thick socks will not fit. Unfortunately, the ankle and calf in this boot is too big and is loose and bulky looking even when laced as tight as possible. Did I mention I'm petite?
I will be keeping them because I don't think I will find anything that will fit me better, and they are better quality then my previous riding boots. But I'm disappointed in the lack of variety and the assumption that wide feet must mean wide ankles and calves as well.

Quick and Easy. Just the way I like it. My new vest it's just what I wanted. I wish I would've ordered it the first time from leather up.

It's always a pleasure dealing with Leatherup and this comment has nothing to do with them as a vendor. I ordered a pair of Xelement Low Profile Boots. This was a follow-up order to a pair of full size Milwaukee boots. I ordered Milwaukee 10.5 and they fit like gloves (no pun intended). The Xelement same size 10.5 are no less than 1/2 too big and they have to be returned.

Website easy to navigate. Wide selection of items to choose from. The item I ordered was too large and although it was a final close out sale with no return or exchange. When I took a chance calling customer service the person I spoke with was very courteous and attentive to my request and due to the fact that the item and size was still available I was allowed to exchange.

Just have to wait for the boots to make my final say on the shopping experience. The site was ez to shop and the details made the purchased item clear.

Multiple times I have ordered products and always satisfied.
