I don't think ordering a leather jacket online is for me. I thought I followed the recommendations for the sizing attentively, but unfortunately the finished article is considerably too big, at least 1 size, maybe even 2. Normally I'm an L, but the sizing chart and advice seemed to suggest I should be ordering an XL. The XL I received is definitely for a bigger, fatter man than me, so it doesn't look good at all.
Was it me? Is the advice on the website not reliable enough? Or was it just badly produced? I don't know the answer, but the end result has been a waste of time and money for me.
Having now read the reviews, it seems at least 1 in 5 customers gets an item the wrong size, which is rather high for a product you cannot return. It's a big shame because the product itself looks well made and I thought the production / delivery time was fast.

I ordered pants with the measurewomxnts sent on the order form. The pants arrived quickly and were cool- but were over 6 inches smaller on hips, and smaller on the waist and thighs-than the given measurewomxnts. After sending photos with a ruler and tape measure, I am still in the process of getting a refund, and they are stalling on refunding the purchase. I am very disappointed in the purchase and their delays in refunding the miscut pants.

I was initially skeptical but the quality and speed of delivery totally exceeded my expectations. I ordered one of their catalog numbers in a standard large size after referring to their sizing charts but opted for customization of the inner liner. This jacket was then made to my order, it was not sitting on some rack. Total time from order placement to being notified by email that the jacket was done and shipped was an amazing ten calendar days. Shipped by air express the package made it through customs and to my door in about a week. The jacket was smartly packaged and came with a very polite letter thanking me for my order. The fit and worksmanship is very good and I believe it represents an excellent value. I highly recommended them to all my friends and I am already scrolling through their very extensive on-line catalog trying to decide on my next purchase from them. If only every business and shopping experience was this good. Worth every penny.

Payment was processed through American Express but no confirmation and no product! No communication whatsoever! I think this company may be a scam!

I ordered a jacket and used their size chart. I added in 3-4 inched more for a loose fit. The Jacket I received was still too small on about all dimensions. The zipper used is of sub par quality and I am not sure if it is leather or not. You should not buy from these felons unless you want to gamble on getting what you want. The customers service is provided with prescripted reponses with nothing more than blame to the customer. There is no exchange even if they are wrong in which they usually are.

I ordered from this company over almost a month ago, hoping to buy a jacket for my daughter's birthday. Weeks have gone by, and my order still says it is in production. I contacted the company to see if I could get a possible date for shipment. Though I received a prompt reply, no one seemed to know anything other than that it was still in production. The jacket, unfortunately did not make it for my daughter's birthday. If you order something from these guys, expect to wait. I am still waiting for this jacket I spent $200 to appear.
