Not happy at all!

I have used LeadsPlease several times. The last time, I asked for specific ages of moms and children and zip codes. I spent a couple hundred for a list of 5000 names. Spent $6k on mailers. The list was totally inaccurate. None of my friends that fit the exact ages and zips were not included. Friends who had kids 10 older than my demographic were included.Multiple dead grandmas were included. Got ZERO results from this $6200 marketing deal. Not a fan of Facebook, but got 24 leads for a $200 buy. Avoid this vendor.

I work for a nonprofit and times are tough - I appreciate your company making it easier for us to expand our message and reach in a targeted way! I called with a couple questions and Edwina was cheerful, lovely, and answered everything I needed! I processed the order last night, but there was a problem so I had to call to get assistance on 5/1/20. Graham helped with the process of downloading the mailing list. Graham was knowledgable, patient, and kind. A true gentleman.

I requested several highly specialized lists that needed to be combined into one final list for bulk price purposes. Not only was leadsplease.com prompt in meeting my needs, they took it a step further and communicated the entire process. Not something that you find these days... will definitely recommend in the future.and continue to use!

This was the first list purchase for our organization in a long time. Had to chat with a service rep to get what I needed. You should let your clients choose to pay your minimum fee (if they want) and accept less than 500 names.

On another note, this Shopper Approved Survey... Web developer needs to recheck something. Down at the bottom, under this text box I cannot choose a country, and therefore can't choose a state or province.

I was having troubling generating leads on my own based on our criteria - when I spoke with Stephanie Moore, she was very willing to help us and successfully got us the exact list we were hoping to generate. We have been using leadsplease.com for about three years now. We have a seasonal business and they make it easy for us, as they keep track of everything we've done to date. The person who handles our account is extremely pleasant and always professional. We get a very good response from each mailing we do and have done well with acquiring business from them. I highly recommend this company.

He is extremely courteous, always answers my questions and I have never had one issue thus far. I would recommend this system for mailing addresses, as that is what we have been provided with.

Leads Please is an easy way to reach out to new customers by targeting specific criteria. I was very impress how quick the customer service in answering and supplying me with the data needed to complete my order. I will definitely use them again to purchase more new customer listing.

My company felt we did not get the required results we were expecting. After a few phone calls with Graham it was determined that there may have been some communication issues. However Graham was very helpful and patient in helping us obtain a mail list we were expecting.

Wow! I just found this amazing service and so far it did not disappoint. I was thrilled with the pricing! But, I made several operator errors and customer service both live chat and over the phone stepped right in and took care of everything. Highly recommend this service! Perfect partner for my small business.

It's hard to determine so far, as I haven't even received the list yet. The criteria / demographics are very nicely laid out and specific, so assuming the data is accurate / fresh / not old then my experience is going to be excellent and I will most likely be a repeat customer.

We are a Church and were looking for the names & addresses of the folks moving into our County from other areas. Our goal is to welcome them to town and extend an invitation to visit our Church. Graham was fantastic

Graham was fantastic. He's assist me, and a few of my friends on several occasions. We coach finanical advisors around the country hosting workshops. Leads Please has been a tremendous value for providing quality mailing lists. However, their customer services keeps us coming back. We're raving fans of leads please.

Customer service was great! I needed help with updating my mailing list and shortly after sending in my inquiry I received a call from Graham Brown who was very professional and friendly. Within a matter of minutes he had resolved my issue and answered all my questions.
