Leads Please is the best business and consumer data site on the market today. The data is accurate, easy to access and very comprehensive. The site is simple to use and does not have all the unnecessary clutter that all the other site have. I have never had an issue with Leads Please and I would highly recommend this data site to everyone.

All was fine, except a little bit of a hassle getting my leads in 3x10 label format. Originally, I was told that it might take 2 days, which was not acceptable. But I pushed a bit and ended up getting the pdf file for the labels in about 2 hours, which was OK.

It was our first time ordering a mailing list and I had questions. Graham assisted me and was very helpful and informative. He even worked with me to make sure that current clients weren't included in the list I was purchasing.

I will be contacting customer service as I purchased 509 email leads which about 200 are not deliverables. I do not want a refund just 200 lead that are deliverable.

So far, the shopping experience has been easy to use and straightforward. I am concerned about the accuracy of the data I have paid for, but I suppose time will tell if that should be a concern, or not.

FOLLOW-UP ON 06.01.2016:
I have reviewed the data and compared it with other sources and there are definitely some businesses that have been MISSED or NOT INCLUDED in your data. These are businesses that have been around for 30-50 years so I know they exist. However, not on your data.
This is extremely disappointing. :( NOT HAPPY.

I have been using Leadsplease for two years and have never had a problem. When I do mailouts
I have very few returns, so I know my message is being received. They do the list in PDF Form
And all I have to do is print! They are very efficient.

This is my 2nd year of using LeadsPlease and have been happy with the leads that I have recieved. The website is very user friendly. I called to have my leads sent me in a label format and recieved it the next day! Awesome.

Tried to tell chat what I needed which was just Real estate agents or offices. Had to delete over half because they were either property managers or appraisers and others not related to home sales

I contacted LP chat because my order of 500 names was provided with only about 60% with contact names. Being new to LP, I did not know I needed to select "must have contact names" when I placed the order. Not a problem. Graham, the CS rep, IMMEDIATELY emailed me a fresh list with 100% contact names. They have a customer for life!
