I have been a loyal customer for many years without any problems...until my most recent order for Dell Toner Cartridges which I placed in late January and paid for 2-Day Shipping. Well, after waiting for a week I called Customer Service and listened to music for a solid 20 minutes, interrupted by a suggestion to press a number to get a call back from the next available customer service rep (which I did). Lo and behold, I finally got a call back 48 hours later and was told that one of my toner cartridge colors was out of stock and that the entire order would be shipped once all the cartridge colors were in stock...which would be in 1-2 weeks! It would have been nice to have been notified of the shipping delay, since my printer is down until I get replacement cartridges. I asked that the colors that were in-stock be shipped immediately and that I be refunded the 2-day shipping charge. No problem, and I received that shipment last week and the final shipment yesterday. I was told that the company has installed a new ERP system which is causing shipping delays, but no reason for not notifying the customer about said delays. I am reconsidering whether to continue ordering from LD Products and have just placed my first order with Ink Technologies which arrived on time!
