My yard has never looked better! This contractor went above and beyond what I could have hoped. He was professional, polite, and made sure I was satisfied with his work. I was! Ill use this service again in a few months.
I tried using this service 2 separate times, both without success. When I canceled the order the second time, I received the following rude message from customer service.

We do not have slaves, if you order again add tips everyday to fairly compensate the contractors in the area.
I added a tip to my original order & was fairly compensating in my area. I have contracted lawn care services for the past 3 years, so I'm more than familiar with fair compensation.
Absolutely can not beat this site. You sign up, and with a few simple clicks of your computer you are being sent actual paying lawn mowing jobs. Obviously I was skeptical at first but it was as easy as they claimed. I accepted the yards I wanted to mow(the ones I did not want to mow I didn't accept) and once I finished mowing them I uploaded the before and after pictures and was paid shortly thereafter. Money deposited right into your account, no taxes, no hidden fees, nothing. What they say you will be paid is what you are paid. You can not beat it. I would 100% recommend this site to contractors as well as consumers. Great deal for all involved.

I use LawnMowingOnline several times a year. When we travel or if our schedules are just too busy to get to grass in a timely fashion. I've never been disappointed with their service. I wish lawnmowingonline.com was in Los Angeles. When I visited my sister in St. Louis- She told me that she found her gardener through this website. Unlike the Yellow Pages, this service lines up the mowers for you according to their availability and the area(Chesterfield) of town you live in. Anyway she got a firm price and great service from people who need the work, do a great job and are less expensive than calling a bunch of different landscappers over the phone. Hopefully lawnmowingonline.com will be in Southern Cal. In the future.

The lawn care contractors always show on the day they're requested and do a fine job. I love the feature of ordering online at any time for when I need the lawn mowed and edged, and the emails keep me informed. I appreciate the ease of using this service! Just wish I'd found it sooner.
I placed an order... no one called or texted or email or showed up. I informed them via their web site and 8 days later they gave me a partial refund or $22.00 versus a full refund of $37.00. First why did I have to wait 8 days. I give dissatisfied customers a paypal refund within 24 hours. I have repeatedly requested my $15.00 and no one responds.

24. I placed a order and quickly cancelled and was charged a $15 fee, what was the fee for?
A: Cancellation fees are very common in service industry type businesses. Doctors, dentists, hair salons, moving companies and many other businesses charge fees if a appointment is cancelled within a certain time frame of when the service is being provided. So we adopted the same polices that those businesses do. If a person schedules services and cancels within 2 business days of the order being placed LawnMowingOnline reserves the right to charge a $15 fee. The policy has worked exactly as expected, more orders are getting accepted and mowed and fewer orders are being cancelled. Avoiding this fee is simple, just do not cancel within 2 business days of scheduling service. For example, if you order May 1st for mowing on May 2nd, do not cancel on May 1st, May 2nd (1 day) or May 3rd (2 days). The order can be cancelled on May 4th (3 days since May 1st) and there will be no fee. Of course by then the order will likely be accepted by a contractor and already mowed so there would no longer be any reason to cancel.
To make sure every customer knows about the cancellation fee it is listed in 2 places. It is listed on the Terms of Service page that all customers agree to before placing an order and the cancellation fee is explained in bold text and underlined on the cancellation page that all customers must fill out to cancel an order.
I found a lawn mowing service that is absolutely amazing. Their work ethic, honesty and politeness couldn't be better. The price for the work is better than perfect! Most services are a little outrageous these days, but not this one. They really make their customers very happy.
Terrible Company! You pay for service and the workers never show up to honor their job. I am still fighting with the company to get my money back. If you want a great lawn service in Pflugerville let me know. I found a much better one that is very reliable unlike this company.

Our mower broke down so I saw a recommendation for lawnmowingonline on the Nextdoor website and decided to give a try. The site was very easy to use, reasonable price and next day service. Our lawn never looked so good before. The contractor was very through with the work and pictures were posted on the website to view. I'm not sure if I want to get my mower fixed.
I purchased a house a few years ago with a big back yard and front lawn area. I am a single middle aged woman and my lawn is a bit too much for me to handle. Each time they came to mow my lawn they were on time and did an excellent job. I feel that my lawn looks better since they have been mowing it. It looks so good that my neighbor asked me who I use because she wants to hire them to do her lawn. They have always been dependable and I know that I can count on them to get the job done. I want to also add that the price is right too. I think this is a real bargain for the quality of work and will continue using them.

We looked online for a lawn care service and found a posting on craigslist about it. After extensive research, we decided it'd be a good idea to try it out. This was on a Sunday night, around 8 o'clock - and that night, I was able to schedule someone to come out the very next day to mow our lawn. The process was really easy, and I was even able to include a tip to avoid that awkwardness when the mower finished up. The contractor was a really nice guy who came in the early evening when it had started to cool off. He did such a great job! Our whole lawn looks so even and nice. I really appreciate the awesome job he did, and the ease of the whole process. I'm definitely using this service again! Thank you!

You admit you have never had a successful order but you've tried twice. Clearly you're not offering the contractors in your area a fair amount if this keeps happening to only you but everyone else is getting their lawn mowed. If you do not want to offer enough to have your lawn mowed in your area then please, never order again. LawnMowingOnline does not have the ability to "force" someone to mow your lawn like you would apparently want us to do. Like it says, they are not slaves, they need to be paid a fair wage and you refuse to offer them a fair wage.
