Quick response. The contractor was nice. He missed some spots which I had to mow myself the next day. He did do the edging that I didn't request, however, so that was nice.
Was charged twice for a single mowing. When I asked for a refund for the second charge, they ignored it, so I disputed the second transaction through paypal. They have refused service since.
Why would you want service again when you already called your credit card and disputed service before? We have no way of double charging since LawnMowingOnline never has your credit card number. If you were charged twice that means you put your credit card into Paypal twice and paid twice.

After trying an App based competitor for a week without anyone actually coming out I found LawnMowing Online. Within 48hrs my grass was cut at a very competitive price.
When I started this service, it was pretty decent. As it went on, the worse and worse it got. Had a contractor mow over a irrigation hose and not inform me that he did. I found the hose in the lawn and have yet to have it replaced. Another incident, I had a simple request to just use a bagged lawn mower and got harassed not only by the contractor but the support of the website. They've been extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never recommend this business to anyone. The quality of the mowing greatly varies per contractor and there is no established line of quality. Do not try to contact their support about anything, as mentioned previously, unprofessional and rude.

Oh and also, as I mentioned to Andy, everyone previous has had no issues with my request for a lawn mower that has the attached bag. Which a majority of your lawn mowers have, the request is easy and simple. I'm not requesting to have it bagged after the fact its mowed.
