Because this is confusing, I paid for something I didn't need. Like the quick claim deed. The other types of deeds wasn't exposed until I paid 41.00 for something I can't use. But other than that it was good.

I like the application but did not know how to navigate when I wanted to go back to the line where I wanted to change. If I could read the lease and click on the line in the lease to bring me back to the input it would have been helpful.

I need to make changes to the terms (to backdate) and I'm not yet sure I even can make those changes although I've already paid.
