The Free Trial is Free for seven days. As long as it is cancelled within seven days, no charge will be billed to you. Based on your records, you selected the Basic License and chose to pay for the document.

We are not a law firm and have no stand-by lawyers who can answer legal questions for you or assist you in filling out your documents. It is unreasonable to charge users upfront if they are not sure if it's the right document they need for their situation. Thus, the pricing is at the end. Users have the option to continue on or quit.

1. Very Good UI for filling in the form, and expert legal content.
2. Very good saving of the user entries from one session to another!
3. Was glad to find at the end the option of a one-off payment.
4. I expected that at the end I would have to "subscribe" for a recurring fee, which I didn't want and caused me to exit, and return a week later after trying alternatives. Pleasantly surprised with the option of a one-off charge. Suggest you inform a new user of this option at the start.
