Website has numerous issues and loading lags. STILL waiting on products that show additional 4 days past delivery quite. I ran to a retail partner to purchase but products have gone downhill as well so it's a waste of time altogether.

Never try to contact customer service for any reason ever, it will not go well. You will be lied too, hung up on and given wrong information. Never have an issue or want any help from them and you will be fine using their sub par products.

I sent a return product back to them in December and I still not have receieved the refund. I contacted them several times regarding the matter. They keep saying it is in process for 2 months now. Scam company.

I ordered a product from your company on
January 5th. Was told the product would be delivered in 3-10 business days. This was a birthday
Gift for my sister. The product never arrived. So I contacted customer service on January 23rd. They told me that since it was passed the delivery date they would reorder. I called again on February 3rd to verify the progress on my new order. The rep told me that it had not successfully processed in the warehouse. He told me that they can only reorder once. I was told he could refund my money and I could order again. I told him I was not going to reorder. I found the product at Macy's, and it was 20 dollars cheaper. (They we're running a sale). I don't blame customer service. They are only doing there job. Somebody higher up needs to find out what the problem is in the warehouse.

Buy their products anywhere else but their website.
I placed an order through their website, but I never received it. I tried to resolve the issue with their customer service, but to this date received no resolution and no refund.
I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but lauramercier.com never bothered to respond to my complaint. Eventually had to dispute the charge and would never purchase through lauramercier.com again.

I purchased an eyeshadow from lauramercier.com. At checkout, I was offered a free sample. I chose a sample, placed the order and my payment was processed. The next day or a couple of days later, I recieved a PARTIAL refund. Turns out that the item I ordered is not in stock but Laura Mercier charged me approximately $6 for the sample. The sample arrived and it's TINY. Also, the eyeshadow I ordered (Morning Dew) is still on the website and the fact that it's not in stock is not disclosed. I tested this by ordering again, this time without selecting a sample. Beware of the sample offer and know that your purchased item may not be in stock.
