Never ever use this company for making flight reservation.
1 - you can only reserve your ticket and pay for it with 1 cabine luggage.( max 8 kg)
2 - they mention you can book extra checked luggage (22 kg) once you made and paid your flight reservation
3 - once you want to add an extra luggage (for large cost), they response is not possible with them but only with the flight company at airport and at departure time ( without warranty you can have one)
4 - When you want to cancel your flight as no possibility to book an extra luggage, they simply rob your money and make no reimbursement!
Simply go to other well known websites to make flight reservation, it won't cost you more even with extra luggage.
Not even speaking about their client service desk: No one there and no complaint desk either.

I had flight reservation, and they kept the ticket available on the sites, and when I just booked they took all the amount and they canceled the flight and I called the agency to ask them, why you canceled my flight they did not answer, I asked and when I should get the full refund I need to book another flight and they informed that during 3 months, what how come? What about If I do not have this amount to book another flight?
Why I should stay 3 months waiting for my amount to be refunded?
When I booked they took the full amount immediately, and they canceled and they will refund my amount in 3 months?

Booked return flights to Turkey 4 months in advance. My daughter took ill and I had to cancel her flights. This company cancelled ALL flights and kept telling me everything was fine. Then they blocked my account so I couldn't access any flight details.
I was so stressed I would be stranded as I had to get connecting flights, that I rebooked via alternative airlines.
It's as well I did as there were no bookings for me on Turkish airlines when I got to Stansted so I would definitely have been stranded. I have transcripts where the customer service blatantly lies about my flights being fine.
Lost the flights and over £400, plus £500 to rebook new flights.
NEVER use this company, they are absolutely dreadful and customer service is appalling.
Flight got cancelled, couldn't get my refund waited one month, Ryanair keeps on stating to contact lastminute as lastminute not replying to email. After serval calls then applied it through charge back on my card through my bank.
Booked flights to alicante. Next day get email to say booking not confirmed. Book exact same flights next day. Following day get same email. 3rd time lucky - nope, same email, flights no confirmed. Called to find out why each time, they say maybe flights full now or price has increased - i booked the exact same flights at the exact same price every time. So thats blatant lie no one there that can explain, they just say you've had the email. So infuriating
Avoid using LastMinute by all means.
When the airline cancelled my flights (total paid was 540 eur) I was given a refund of 23 eur from LastMinute, a joke!
Moreover, on the airline website it is written if the airline cancells your flight they give you a full refund, but if you book through LastMinute you get almost nothing, fhe rest I can only assume they keep. Never ever book with them! Avoid like the plague!
My flight to Serbia has been cancelled and not refunded, and my hotel reservation has not been cancelled insiptie of flight cancellation and they have not even inform me about this cancellation but not accepted to cancel the hotel reservation,they do not help or provide a solution...
Would never recommend this company at all booked and selected a 9.30pm flight once confirmation was through it stated 9.30am phoned immediately to get this rectified on the 3rd March I am still waiting to get this changed and I am expected to pay to change this constantly being robbed off being told it will take this long long then it will take this long. Ridiculous service will definitely be going back to booking directly with hotels and airlines like usual and my friend who recommended you will not be using you again either as she's aware of this problem! Company is a joke!
SCAM. In the last point of booking tickets, after I added last information of my credit card and pressed paid, they added 108€ this amount wasn't mentioned in the advertisement. I was disappointed and wrote them, they informed that it's mentioned in terms and congratulations, but by they EU law the price has to be shown in the first page, so the client can compare the prices. Refusing to follow the law and return money. It's not the way how you work in EU.highly disappointed. NOT RECOMMEND

I cancelled a flight that I am sure I checked "refundable". After cancellation they told me it was not "refundable". I am sure that I chose the refundable one. I saw several reports like mine about this company. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTABLE AT ALL!
They scammed me, essentially I was supposed to have my return flight rebooked but instead they refunded me 2 GBP and asked me to call Air Canada instead. After calling Air Canada they said I must go through LastMinute.com but every time I call or email them they tell me an agent will call me back. It's been 3 months... Never ever use this scammy website.
Here's a site that has a bit of catching-up to do. It's over-complicated, and some of its approaches feel spammy.
There are good things that it offers, such as its Top Secret hotel deals (although aren't these really the deals that it was supposed to be offering all the time when it was set up?), but there's also a lot of quite expensive stuff on the site, and the search can be fiddly.
I do use this site; I just feel like it needs to move forward. As the brand-leader, I'd like to see it going back to making really good offers. The good old days, eh?
Do not use last minute they are fraudulatnt agency whih i am now having to take to court as they have refused to give a refund although im atol protected, they lied about what they had charged me for and tried to take over £100 compensation for a holiday i never got to go on, my bank and abta, have confirmed that what they are doing is fraud, do not trust these people
I bought two flights from lastminute. Due to cancellation, I haven't travel and almost 4 monthes later, I still waiting the refund without any information. So I propose to everybody never réserve with lastminute.
I booked 3 return tickets 3 months before a trip but one of the flights was cancelled. After some calls and emails to the *******@lastminute.com and finally I was directed to the escalated team (*******@lastminute.com). I was fully refunded within a week or more on my bank account.
Booked a holiday to go 30th July have to cancel due to the virus trying to get a answer about what to do next might as well ask for the winning lottery numbers this weekend totally and utterly useless sorry I booked with these clowns don't get caught out like I have
They advertised a holiday, to which my best friend booked, this was going to be their honeymoon. However after paying the full amount for said holiday, they were told they had overbooked the flight and cancelled the entire holiday for them, on top of this they were unable to give the money back for at least 10-20 days, to which then it would be too late. As they work with animals they are unable to book more time off or move their week off as animals are very important to them and they are unable to get that extra time off.
Imagine if they hadn't of cancelled? Would lastminute let them get to the airport and then find out? They basically made it look like it wasn't their mistake, it clearly was.
Also their customer service is horrible. Seriously the worst phone call I've ever heard.
Apalling fraudster company, I never been refunded for the trip which didnt take place due to Covid 19,4 months of waitinfg and still no reply apart from generic emails that Im not entitled to a refund! Illegal what they are doing, taking our money and then just vanishing with funds, avoid 100%
I wouldn't recommend them at all, I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I could have a choice to do so. I have been trying to change the flight date for the last two days I can't get it done despite I purchased a fulflex ticket, they keep telling me wait a few hours. I called them five times in two days. When I called them to make the change flight was available at £100 pound, they delayed me until no time left and change went up to £400 pound. They have zero customer service as soon as you paid them they will ignore you.
Answer: I want an email address for LastMinute.com through which to log my complaint and ask for an explanation and partial refund.
