I'm honestly surprised with this app, and so lucky to know about it.
Amongst the many things you can do:
It helps you drink your desired daily amount of water, it allows you to create a personalized routine plan for all your daily food, which even has the calories automatically calculated!.
It has tips to avoid bad eating habits, cooking recipes, help to improve physical and mental health.
Workout routines, based on how much you want to do, and what exactly want to achieve, all while considering your weight, height, age and gender.
I'm amazed with the work put into it.

I signed up thinking this app would be a great help to my lifestyle. WRONG. It's very limited in the foods you can add and not to mention impossible to cancel. I accidentally got the recipe book as there was no preview option and was charged 50$. I reached out multiple times and finally got a response saying auto renewal has been disabled for all orders and I won't be billed in the future. I check my account again today and here I am charged another 50$ for a recipe book i can't even use. It's impossible to reach someone. I am really disappointed and frustrated with this company. DONT SIGN UP!

This app is a great tool to help you lose weight and just achieve general health goals. It's main feature is an intermittent fasting tracker where you can customise your routine and it will remind you when to start and end fasting. My favourite part however, is the meal plan it provides for you. It provides breakfast, lunch and dinner options with recipes and calories included which is really helpful when you're calorie counting. I would recommend.

Do not use this APP! They will not respond to you trying to cancel their service within the trial period nor answer the phone and they charge 99.00 every three months for a do it yourself app. I have tried to cancel via their support page to only get the same automated responses and recorded phone messages. If you have 400 a year to throw away then this will be the app for you! I want my money refunded! And to not be billed for a service I don't want! You can't even delete your billing options. From the app. They will rob you blind!

I downloaded this app based on an IG advertisement and it looked pretty cool. They charged my card for the 1month subscription and then I got charged for a cookbook and longevity plan I never wanted. I have emailed to get a refund for everything. I do not like the app. It wasn't like what was advertised and I am getting the run around for why you cannot refund me. You claim there is a 30 day money back guarantee and yet you won't do it. I don't even know what the cookbook and longevity plan is. Never received an email for it!

From the first day when I got acquainted with the application, it helps me in everyday life, convenient interface, easy to use.
No less important is the availability of a monitoring and statistics system. The application tracks my achievements, records the number of steps, training time and other indicators, which provides an opportunity to analyze your progress and make adjustments to the training process.

Just signed up and checked my account. I have FOUR charges on my account. NO phone number to call these people. WTH. Sent a bunch of emails so we will see...

I opened the app never used it and I was charged $99.99 from my PayPal account. I left several emails and one came back stating they received the email but would get back to me. It has been 2 weeks no one has gotten back to me. I looked up and a lot if other people going thru the same thing. I want my $99.99 back.

From the beginning, the app presented it's self with a really user-friendly interface easy to navigate. All it's features are working perfectly, there are so many workout and meal suggestions that, from a medical perspective, are just incredible! I don't know how this app managed to get my attention, but I thank god for it because it has helped me so much in such little time!

I have written several emails, the app won't let you cancel and there is no on phone support even tho they have a number. This is a scam, I want my account cancelled and not charged for the subscription after the trial but I doubt they will honor that. Don't bother with this app please

Not only does the app crash as soon as you open it. But even after you pay for the subscription (my mistake do not fall for it) it just tells you to buy the subscription instead of giving you recipes ect. It has a section for calories burned but then has no way to input workouts, meals, anything really. It's an absolute dumpsterfire and I can't even log in. I have contacted customer service 4 times now and not a single response they clearly don't care about their Company or their customers. I am so glad I bought the trial and not the full 30$ monthly subscription, this honestly isn't even worth the storage from the free app download. I've only had this app for 4 days. I have never written a review like this before, but I honestly want to save people from the headache and the amount of time spent just trying to get the app to work. Long story short Do NotBuy.

Stay away from this app. I bought 3 months membership but want to cancel before the next bill is due in July and cannot cancel. Emails bounce back and the phone does not connect. Feels like a scam. Will be contacting my bank and gave complained to Google as well. STEER CLEAR!

This app don't show you everything until you give your card number and they charge you. Customer service don't give a crap about you, all they want is the money. I asked for a refund as this will not work for me and the food choices are disgusting and I can't eat half of them. They refused to refund my money when I called them shortly after looking at it and they refused, they said wait 14 days and we will refund 30%. BE WARE.

Update: after several emails and calls they finally refunded my money but not until I reported them and posted a review. Sad someone has to go this far before something is done.

I signed up for this service but never used it and forgot that I even had it until I saw that I had been paying for it for over a year. I tried every way to contact them but they refuse to give any contact info except for a mailing address. You can send an email about a problem with a specific feature of the service, but try to cancel and they total ghost you. No phone number, no chat service, no unsubscribe button... you are just stuck paying in perpetuity or going through your credit card.

I have been using Lasta for the past month, which helped me more than you could imagine. Tracking my fasting time, calories and workouts really helped me in my journey to losing weight. The app lets you put in every little detail about your body so you can get the most tailored experience just for you. Thanks to food tracking, the app stopped me from overeating at night and distributed the food evenly throughout the day. But one thing I enjoyed the most were the workouts, fast and fun would be the definition I would use.
They dont take up much of your time and burn your calories really fast. The bonus to it, I always felt amazing after. Definitely looking forward to using this app more.
