Beware of the customer service. I was told I would receive 50% off if I purchased my order. So of course I purchased these shoes, and right after I ordered them, I was then told I was now not eligible to receive the 50% off. Went through 4 different customer service reps, and they all contradicted what the other one said. I finally gave up and decided to cancel my order. Will never purchase from here again due to their service, which is a bummer because I love Larroudes shoes.

I received a tempered parcel. I'm having hell getting a refund from them. They're making me go through hoops on the mistake was theirs, and I still have not received my refund. Beware.
