I'm very impressed with this company. I have a Gateway NV7915u and accidentally damaged my LCD Screen. I'm thinking now what? How much is this going to cost me to get it fixed? Will I have to buy another laptop? You don't really want to know how much it would cost to get it fixed believe me! And I really don't want to go buy another laptop, I'm happy with the one I have now :). So after searching around on Google I've found a few places that sold LCD screens and their prices were very unreasonably high!. Then I stumbled upon Laptopscreen.com put my model number in their search engine and wallah! There they are 4 different screens to choose from! And very reasonably priced!. So I narrowed it down to 2 screens because I have a Glossy screen and not matte. So it was the matter of which side the connector was on? So I carefully removed the LCD bezel on my laptop and bracket screws on the screen itself to see which one I have. And what to get? Also few part numbers off of it too. (Why not you're going to be opening it up anyways to replace the screen anyways?) So after seeing where the small connector was for the screen I knew which one to get. I placed my order and after 3 Business Days I received my Replacement screen packed very nicely and professionally.(That is pretty quick coming from Canada's west coast to the Chicago area) Believe it or not it took only less than a half hour to replace the screen. It was very very easy! So after $83.00 dollars vs a very high repair bill or buying a new laptop, I think I came out a winner on this one! :) Just a note and some advice. I highly recommend that you watch their video's that they have on how to replace your Laptop screen, It proved very helpful, and also take your time.

I ordered a touch screen but when I received my item it was not touchscreen. Ill give 1 star if it was not for the quick shipping.
Went through the normal process of purchasing a screen to repair my laptop and received my confirmation email once I paid.
I needed to relatively soon, so I purchased two day shipping through FedEx and entered all my details for shipping in billing. I'd say I'm a fairly meticulous person when it comes to entering payment and shipping details as I have to keep my personal and business acounts separate. So I entered all the necessary info as I normally would.
I received an email stating the tracking number and invoice number, but nothing with any shipping details or other important information like that.
My package was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday so I checked the tracking info and it said it was being sent back to the shipper. I contacted laptopscreens customer service and before I could even ask about other alternatives they put the blame immediately on me amd stated it was my fault.
In addition they claimed I would have to pay for them to ship it out again. Customer service was extremely rude and did not have any professionalism at all. They offered no solutions to the problem and talked down to me as if I didn't understand the difference between email and regular mail. To the say the least I was appalled with this experience and will not be doing business with them ever again.
Luckily, FedEx customer service did a fantastic job and was able to assist me. FedEx did extremely well with the situation while LaptopScreens.com performs very subpar service. I would have had a much less stressful time trying to find individual components and manufacture the screen scratch than to ever deal worh LaptopScreens.com!
