This is the second time I came here to post my review, for some reason this site was down when I tried the first time. I am very dissapointed to see so many unhappy reviews here, certainly not what I was expecting after my pleasant experience. Possibly others have tried to post reviews and were not able to get to this place as well? First, I have no relation to anyone in the company and found them using google search when needing to replace a laptop screen. I found they had the best price on the screen I needed and the item included the inverter on that particular item. I ordered and did notice the base shipping charge was $2 more than listed on the item description, but I was offered choices in shipping carriers and my preferred cost a little more anyway, my choice. This was when gas prices were rapidly rising and I know some shipping carriers will increase their prices fairly quickly when that happens. I also know which shipping carrier I would trust locally with fragile items. The screen arrived quickly and packed VERY well, I think short of the carrier using the box like a trampoline, it would have arrived in good condition from any carrier. This was the first time I was replacing a screen, but I knew it was not an inverter problem becaus the screen had been damaged by someone stepping on it when it was on the floor. The screen worked great and has been working these past few months. I do recommend this company and would buy from them again. I think it is hard to evaluate the reviews here because they are just selling parts and not repairs. Depending on the ability of the repairer there are variable results due to many variables in the repair process that can effect the outcome. I don't believe I am just a "lucky" exception in this companys business, but I know I am less likely to report a positive experience than a negative one which would have sent me raging. In fact I almost never posted this at all, but I found a link in my email when cleaning out my files today, and I'm glad I followed it so I could leave my comments.

It was easy to find a compatible screen on the web site.
Shipping was fast. Replaced the screen myself, laptop works as it should.

I received what I ordered in great time on shipping so was great. I will order from your site again.

Here's my experience:
I got up from my desk to close the door to my room because I didn't want any heat escaping (my heater was on and we all know how expensive it can get). I had my computer charging and when I got up, my foot caught on the cord and pulled my computer down off my desk. My laptop was also on it's case. Ironically I had just gotten a new case and thought that by putting my laptop on top of the case, it would be safe (I now know better).
Fortunately my hard drive was safe (thank goodness!), but my screen was beyond repair. I was using my desktop screen instead, and was searching cheap ways to fix my laptop.
I can upon laptopscreen.com and my first thought was that it was a scam. It looks like a free downloading site. I was EXTREMELY wary, but thought that $60 for the screen was an okay bet. It would either be a ripoff, which then I would write a terrible review warning others, or I could write a great review (it seems this website doesn't have enough reviews).
I ordered on a Friday evening around 8:00. The website says 3-day shipping and I got the screen on Wednesday! It came in a box that was in a bag that was in three UPS bubble bags. It was unharmed. I was so happy, but the next test was if it really worked.
Laptopscreen.com didn't have a tutorial for my screen, but there was one on youtube. I followed the video and in about 45 mins I had a new, WORKING screen! Installing the new screen was actually incredibly easy! (the thing that took the most time was finding the right screw driver to fit into the tiny screws)
It's now about two weeks later and it's still working without a hitch!

If I were to (God Forbid) break my screen again, I would definitely use laptopscreen.com.

I've seen some scary reviews on here too, but this was just my experience. It saved me a good couple hundred dollars!
